About the Facilitator
I run the "Soul Medicine" Shamanic Practice in Gdansk, Poland under the supervision of Arvick Baghramian, from whom I have been taking lessons since 2019. I also perform Reiki and BARS treatments. I have completed a 2-year Shamanic Training Program with Arvick Baghramian and assisted her in workshops and subsequent editions of the Program.
I provide an introduction to Shamanic Journeys to :
- get answers to your questions,
- to heal yourself, your relationships with loved ones, the outside world, money
- Soul Recovery,
- cleansing from foreign energies
- Divination (reading signs from crystals, fire - to get concrete answers and knowledge that is not available to us in ordinary reality).
My interest in alternative medicine, energy work and spiritual healing began in 2008. In 2000 I started practicing yoga and have been practicing it ever since; then I learned about and used the 5 transformations nutrition, qigong, tantric practice. Eventually, I started working with the pendulum, doing BARS and Reiki treatments. Each of these practices, and each of my teachers, had a very positive impact on my life and developed me. But ultimately, working with spirit guides through shamanic practice has made many positive changes in many aspects of my life, transforming it.

SOUL RETRIEVAL
Our soul is the essence of life force. Losing fragments of the soul leads to a loss of power and vitality. The more soul fragments a person loses, the weaker they become. Feelings of detachment from the environment or the people around us, even loved ones, and even alienation from oneself, living in a world of dreams and illusions, numbness, and lack of contact with our own emotions may arise. Memory loss can be a symptom of losing a soul fragment. From the perspective of shamanism, the most serious illnesses are consequences of soul loss. One of the most common reasons for soul loss is experiencing trauma, most often from childhood, but even momentary terror can be a cause. Sometimes we ourselves give up a part of ourselves to be accepted. Soul retrieval is one of the most powerful shamanic methods. The shaman embarks on a journey to the spiritual world to find the lost soul fragment and return it to the person. However, it is the spirit teacher who decides whether soul fragments need to be brought back. After soul retrieval, specific rituals supporting the integration of the recovered soul fragment with the body are necessary to avoid losing it again.
POWER ANIMAL RETRIEVAL
In shamanism, it is believed that animal spirits possess exceptionally powerful energy and specific characteristics are attributed to them. Power animals represent a person's inner strength and determine their life force. They are unique abilities, powers that we are born with or acquire with age. A person can have an unlimited number of power animals. Due to various experiences, we may lose our power. Retrieving a power animal may be necessary if we need more strength for something specific, such as greater concentration, better communication, courage, patience, or self-confidence. Sometimes retrieving a power animal is necessary for a person to have the strength to face a difficult situation.
RATTLE HEALING
The rattle spirit teacher works with the energetic and spiritual aspects of illness. With the help of the rattle, we can diagnose, and then unblock and remove blocked energy in the body, something that shouldn't be there. Energetic blockage can be our own or someone else's energy. Blocked energy can be found in chakras, manifested by a sense of imbalance throughout the day. The rattle also clears energetic residue that we collect from others.
DIVINATION
Shamans have been using methods of reading signs for at least 10,000 years to help people get answers. We read signs to get answers to questions, ask for advice or solutions to problems, discover hidden knowledge that is normally unavailable to people, and even to interpret dreams. Divination is not fortune-telling. Divination helps us get answers to questions like WHERE?, WHO?, WHY?, HOW?
