About the Facilitator
Awakened Shaman from France. She began her shamanic journey 30 years ago in Tibet, where she worked with many Tibetan masters. She developed all her senses with them through a deep experience of life to transcend her deepest illusions. She then worked with shamans in Peru and received many initiations during 15 years of intense work. She ran a Spiritual Center in France and an individual healing practice for over 10 years. In recent years, she has also experienced intensive work with shamans from the Egyptian desert.
Her knowledge combines shamanism, energy work and quantum physics. For many years, together with the famous quantum physicist Olivier Masslot (author of Transsurfing Reality), she conducted workshops "Become the Creator of your Reality". She has been running her shamanic and energy workshops in France, England and Poland for years. She currently lives permanently in France and travels from time to time to share her experience, knowledge and skills.
For 9 years she has been coming to the Tu i Teraz center in Poland, where she conducts amazing shamanic and energy workshops several times a year. She is an author of the book "Enter into vibrations. The Birth of a Shaman” (published in Poland by Galaktyka publisher).

SHAMANISM OF THE NEW ENERGETIC ERA ACCORDING TO FRANCOISE RAMBAUD
According to Francoise, we now live in New Times, in the New Energetic Era, in New Global Vibrations. These energies have already arrived and are now slowly settling into reality and into our bodies. Hence, there are so many difficulties in matter, physical and energetic symptoms, changes in life, diseases, etc. This is truly a great time of Transformation and that is why together, for all of us, we must build new interpersonal relationships and create a new resonance on the planet. For the good of ourselves, our children and future generations.
During classes with Francoise Rambaud, we will learn how to live in the New Times that have already arrived and to which we must now adapt our vibrations. How to take care of yourself, your loved ones and the Earth. How to transform and heal what blocks the flow of Love. We will also learn shamanic techniques of cleansing, healing and raising vibrations. We will learn how to heal ourselves and others, and how to find our strength. Connection with Nature, communication at a subtle level
During Francoise's workshops, the starting point and conclusion of each process is a deep contact with Nature - not just hugging a tree, but entering into contact and conversation with each living being. Dialogue and communication at a subtle level and respect for the natural world. Have you ever asked a tree before "do you want to be hugged by me?"
Raising your vibration
The intense feeling of your own vibration is the basis of what Francoise is teaching. This is much broader than a single feeling of joy in knowing what we are. During the workshops, by entering a very deep feeling, you will feel how your vibration reacts to changes in the group, the rising and falling of the surrounding energy, to music and singing. You will learn how to change your vibrations and keep them at a high level in everyday life. You will learn why your life depends so much on the level of vibration.
Connecting with the Essence, reaching your own nature, discovering your truth
This is the most important message from Francoise and at the same time most difficult to describe. The workshops will be a step for you to connect with your True Essence. By working with shamanism, you will touch the very core of the soul, a personal jewel, the finding of which reveals who we really are. Although our Essence is deeply hidden beneath the beliefs, thoughts, worries, pretenses and fog of the energetic burdens of the modern world, and seems to us only available to monastic monks as a reward for decades of meditative efforts - Francoise shows us that this essence is in fact still there with us. This will be the time when you will sit in silence deep enough to meet your Essence.
Cleansing
Until we get out of a long shower after a hard and exhausting day of work, we do not fully realize how tense and sweaty we have come back home. We do it for the body and we feel the difference. What would it be like to thoroughly cleanse your soul every time? To feel light and shine inside. Francoise shares shamanic techniques for cleansing the body/mind and releasing heavy energies and histories accumulated over the years. You learn these techniques and receive tips on how to take care of multidimensional cleansing in your everyday life.
Connection
Connections with people, connections, relationships, discovering gentleness towards yourself, truly touching another person, getting to know yourself without masks, reflecting yourself in the other person.
In shamanism, relationships with other people are an exact reflection of your relationship with yourself - although this is not always easy to accept. During the workshops, we work with awareness of relationships and getting to know ourselves without masks. We go inside ourselves to discover how we feel about ourselves, to experience it fully. Francoise teaches you how to give yourself true gentleness and what it actually means - I am you, you are me.
Changes in the world, creating new neural pathways, crossing boundaries
None of Francoise's workshops are the same. Changes in the energy of the world are gaining pace, which we feel more and more - we see how old and outdated patterns are falling and disappearing before our eyes. The energy of the workshop is reflected in the current energy of the world and Francoise teaches how to connect to it through deep feeling. The change that occurs when we decide to vibrate spreads like a wave in all directions, affecting our surroundings, family, friends and spreads in ever larger circles! Its importance is much greater than we think.
To live consciously in the New Times, we must learn:
- responsibility for yourself, your life and the Earth;
- constant, daily raising and maintaining high energy;
- wordless communication (going deep into yourself and the spiritual world);

- directing our energy only to what is most important!
- trusting yourself and relying on your inner knowledge and intuition.

A fascinating story of the life of a shaman who, as a child, sees and hears what those around her do not see or understand. At the age of thirty-three, paralyzed, she is taken to hospital where she experiences a near-death experience. She then decides to use her gift for the good of others. The paralysis unexpectedly passes and Rambaud goes home at her own request. She returns to intuitive, energetic practices. She travels many times to India, Nepal and South America, where she comes under the wing of shamans and spiritual teachers. Since then, he has been organizing seminars in various parts of the world, including: France, Belgium, Great Britain, Poland, Egypt, Morocco and India. In the book “Entering the Vibration”, she talks about her incredibly rich life and over twenty-five years of experience in helping people.

During Francoise's workshops, there are many group activities, but participants also often have their own short individual works/sessions in the middle of the room. And it doesn't just depend on Francoise, it depends primarily on themselves. Do they feel the need, do they want and are able to open up at this moment and ask for help, are they ready for transformation... It's up to them to decide, because Francoise never does anything by force. During her classes there is a lot of laughter and many tears.. Emotion, gentleness, presence and Love.. Nothing is obvious..
It is best, before coming to Francoise's workshop, to "let go of the rational mind" and open up to what is unknown. Let go of old habits, beliefs, expectations, calm down the mind and trust yourself, your body, your heart. Trust life, trust Francoise. Surrender to what this Meeting will bring. Trust that what will happen will be exactly what we need at this moment.
