Biodanza is a system of a deep, transformative and delicate work on personal development and consciousness based on movement and dance. It integrates body, mind, emotions and spirit. It stimulates vitality, creativity, sensuality, sexuality and emotionality. It teaches openness, joy, building good relationships and express emotions.
Biodanza is based on direct, personal experience - individually, in pairs, subgroups or in a group composed of all participants. During the course we use music, movement and dance in order to create harmony and intimacy in relationships. This dance of the heart and freedom was born in South America in the 60s of the twentieth century. His father - Rolando Toro from Chile - is a psychologist, anthropologist, poet and artist. Biodanza is used as a method of personal development in more than 30 countries around the world.
Biodanza with Davide Goodman:
Biodanza led by David Goodman is a wonderful journey of personal transformation, traversing the landscape of emotions, joy, dance and movement. It's easy. You don’t have to learn any dance steps. What is needed is just the desire to move your body and enter into relationship with music. We start straight with a meeting, connecting with others in the group, using games to relax, letting go everyday affairs and getting to know each other. We go into the dance with passion indulging to music, experiencing it individually and as a group. Then we enter deeper into the exercises combining meetings and connection with others in order to heal, explore and express ourselves.
„Biodanza – the Pathway to Heart and Freedom” – description of the workshop:
During the workshop we will experience path of the heart, joyful and profound discovery of all aspects of existence. This session will revive all aspects of our being. We will awaken inner joy and recall how to experience oneness and be really happy. Magical music will snatch us into the original dance opening out heart and bringing us to the state of the connection with the divine and the cosmos. It's all in the context of music and dance journey that we begin and end together, in the space of love and respect.
This trip will be simple and easy for everyone. You don’t have to have any previous experience with dance. Just be open and trust the guide. We will use the beautiful and touching techniques of awakening inner innocence. We will connect again with the light and love of life. We will dance to the inspiring and moving music, meet others in the beauty and fullness of each moment, coming to recognize the timeless divinity within ourrselves, through love, through the path of the heart.
Through the free dance and conducted exercises we will merge with the body and with ourselves. While opening up to music we will allow the free flow of energy in us. We will recall and deepen our capacity to love and feel. We will discover again how to enjoy the pleasures of life; until we see the beauty in ourselves and in others. We will use various types of soft touch, to induce a feeling of love and be loved.

Goodman David
Biodanza Teacher, Therapist, Counselor, Coach
The professional path of David covers the scientific and the spiritual world. As a young man he practiced martial arts, taught kick boxing and womens’ self-defense. He obtained a doctorate (Ph.D.) in experimental physics and then worked as a counselor and psychotherapist. Science has evolved into metaphysics; a journey of discovery, how to manifest dreams and desires in the physical world. He recognized, developed and taught techniques of Beliefs Change and Reality Creation.
He conducted workshops of Manifestation for therapists, in Glastonbury, USA, Portugal, Italy and France. He is fluent in a number of alternative methods of bodywork therapy, including Shiatsu, Zero Balancing, Bio-Dynamics and healing with cristals. He danced 5 Rhythms for many years, finding in movement the freedom and the ability of expression. He learnt Tantra in Europe and trained himself as a Biodanza teacher in the UK, Spain and the Netherlands. In Biodanza he found a mixture of dance, Tantra and psychotherapy. A unique approach.
