For the first time; in tantra there is a serious program regarding the techniques and the process of methods to induce an ASM (Altered States of Mind) experience. We are going to explore the experience but also the why and for what. This unique program invites you to integrate the knowledge of Tantric Techniques that can be shared with others if you are a group facilitator or a therapist in which this experiences can bring someone to relieve process.

This course will develop your relationship to the different levels of state of consciousness.

We are proposing retreat that can take you hand on hand to develop experience; the know-how of technique and the practice.

There will be 3 retreats dedicated to the theory &specific exercises that will give you the basis to get a certification on Tantric Altered States of Consciousness.

Therefore we will ask you from you to read previous material and do assignments.

The course consists of three independent departure modules:

• Sacred Energy & Shamanic-Tantric Altered States of Consciousness
• Pure Essence & Shamanic-Tantric Altered States of Consciousness
• Bliss / Higher Consciousness & Shamanic-Tantric Altered States of Consciousness

This unique program invites you to learn and integrate your knowledge of Tantric and Shamanic Techniques. If you complete the entire course, you will be able to use the learned knowledge for yourself or share it with others (especially if you run your own groups or are a therapist). You will also receive early reading materials and homework assignments and sessions.

The workshop is conducted by an expert in shamanism and tantrism, Anand Rudra - founder of the True Tantra School, son of a Mexican shaman, grandson of a Mexican Yaqui Indian healer. He combines academic knowledge, practical experience and ancient practices in his knowledge. The rituals include the tribal traditions of the Olmecs, Aztecs, Balinese, Drawids, Siberians, Filipinos, and Mayans. For many years he studied and practiced shamanism, tantra, symbolism, rituals and sacred geometry. In his teaching, he combines tantric shamanism, symbolism and ritualism of North and South America, Tantric-Shamanic Resonance Theory, ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga and Kaula Yoga Tantra practices, esoteric and hermeneutic studies of Tantra rituals and body energy.

According to Ananda Rudra, tantra and shamanism are paths of development to raise awareness. Both paths are based on 3 dimensions: the physical body; the astral body and the causal body. Science and Nature, Shamanism and Tantra meet halfway. Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. Sacred sexuality is one of the main aspects and tools that tantric shamanism uses to heal, connect with the universe, and develop communication with the Supra-conscience (responsibility for all Being) and Supra-Nature.

 

ASM in TANTRA & SHAMANISM

ASM – an Altered State of Mind/Consciousness is a change in one's normal mental state. There are many common experiences that create altered states of consciousness (ASC), such as sleeping or daydreaming, sleep deprivation, euphoria or panic. Dream state, hypnosis, and meditation are also considered as ASC.

ASC is a relative state of mental functioning. The mind is still wandering (such as in adream) or concentrated and focused as in meditation.

A thoughtless stillness could be experienced from time to time that could take us beyond ASC.

TANTRIC AND SHAMANIAN EXPERIENCES OF ALTERED STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS INCLUDE PRACTICES:

Ritualism

It is one of the key aspects on tantra in which someone can experience a sacred act that can take you to a condition of the mind that will be depending on the one directing or in the same participant. A ritual has different many aspects from Psychomagic to a Subconscious collective memory that naturally triggers a ASM process.

Sacred Sexuality

Sexual energy in combination with breath work, touch and awareness is a very deep combination that can trigger in our mind and body a very deep ASM. We develop a huge amount of bioelectricity & biopeptides that can be the fuel to this kind of process.

Primordial Shamanism

We will be entering into experiences that will take you safely into Altered States of Consciousness (ASM). We will learn and discuss practices such as shamanic drumming, lucid dreaming, sleep deprivation, fasting, music, meditation, sensory deprivation, hypnosis, and physical exercises and rituals. We will find out what psychoactive substances have been and are used in various shamanic cultures. We will learn about one of the powerful elements of shamanism - connection with elementals - energy beings who embody the elements of fire, air, earth and water.

Pranayam

(the handle of life force energy throughout breathing, eye gazing, touching ,kriyas or movement, bandhas & mudras ). The handle of very good pranayams can take you to an ASM.

Meditation

In Tantra and Shamanism to meditate is not only to set your mind on blank, or not to have thoughts. We have active meditation like dance & breathwork together. We have Yantra methods the image, the energy and the idea that develops behind it and where does it take you. Niaza Tantra is one of the ancient techniques to go from sleeping process to lucid dreaming or two deep relaxation creating restful alertness or awakening dreaming.

Yoga or Bodywork

to handle an awareness state on an asana will develop trigger in to you different kinds of energies but also will take you to a journey that by itself can take you to an ASM. The combination with Kriyas, bandhas & breathwork an asana can be as powerful like any kind ASM journey.

THE SEVEN LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS THAT MAKE THE PATH OF SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT ARE:

1. waking state of consciousness;

2. deep sleep;

3. dreaming;

4. transcendental awareness;

5. cosmic awareness;

6. god consciousness;

7. Awareness of Oneness.

THE HOW

We will give you material to be read on the Psychological perspective of the ASM , the Subtle System on Tantra, the biological, energetical and phenomenological aspect of some topics within Tantra.

As part of the training we ask you to give 3 practices with real people either online or in presence.

You will have a supervised sessions with Anand.

You will have material to be collecting the basic info. regarding the process , during & afterwards.

Requirements for get a certification:

• You will need to deliver two essays of 6 pages minimum.
• You will deliver one case of Study at the end and 2 practices that are recorded.

Remember that you will be a person that will be holding a certification that is based on an academic and practical approximation.

If you are not interested on the Certification we can give a proof of assistance for each retreat.

This is a certification process that will be back you up by Anand, EATP, & YACEP if you are a Yoga teacher.

But if you want only to experience the only thing that you need is to do some of the practices and enjoy the ride of an amazing retreat-training.

Tantra Shaivism Kashmir & The TRIKA METHODS

Thus this triple action, reaction and interaction of mind and perception with consequent follow-up mental drill in this system of Shaivism has given it the name of 'Trika'.

Shaktopaya or Jnanopaya

Shaktopaya is the path to reveal Shiva consciousness through shakti (cosmic energy). In this Trika method you will understand how an action in a continues doing takes you to a different consciousness. Thus the duality of subject-object is perpetually dissolved..

Anvopaya

In this means all the faculties of understanding are to be concentrated upon particular objects other than the self, and the self is to be experienced with the help of those particular objective entities. The Yantra TRIKA methods uses symbology , archetypes and intuition. An amazing journey that awakes the ASM.

VARNA (Mantra & Sounds )

'Varna' is the incessant practice based on Dhvani (sound) which comes to the aspirant within hearing at the time of meditation. When a seeker plants his consciousness on the heart, navel or the space between the two eye-brows, simultaneously reciting the mantra through mind only, is known as the practice of 'sthaankalpanaa'.

Sakti is prakasa-vimarsamaya vimarsa as the sense of 'I'.

The more of self-consciousness one has, the more of vimarsa also one has, and is thus the nearer to Siva or pure Consciousness. Thus, while vimarsa is taken to be the cause of the manifestation and dissolution of the universe. The back understanding of everything on me.

KRIYA - SAKTI (Joy and pleasure to create bliss) method

Cit-sakti, the power of self-consciousness, entails ananda, enjoyment and wonderment, on the part of Siva; bliss gives rise to iccha, desire, to create; desire to create cannot be fulfilled unless there is juana, knowledge. The power of being in continue joy and pleasure is one of the most powerful methods on tantra and trika methods.
