We invite you to a series of workshops creating a multi-level program entitled  “Fullness of Femininity” facilitated by Komala Amorim Sunder – wonderful embodied and spiritual teacher from Brazil. Komala will take the participants on a journey into the body, heart and soul, so that, with the help of movement, voice, presence in attentive closeness, as well as work with symbols representing universal feminine energy, they will reach the female essence and power.

Hindu goddesses are the emanations of the universal female energy and the psychological aspects of femininity that make up the individual features of each of us. By working with symbols, mantras, mythical stories, we can strengthen those aspects of femininity that require it and also weaken those that seem too strong, dominant and destructive.

The recognition of the goddesses’ energy is thus the path to access to the inner resources of wisdom and power: generosity, love, devotion, compassion, intelligence, creativity, sensuality, fertility and transcendence.

The program consists of the initial workshop "The Divine Feminine - Transformation and Healing through Hindu Goddesses" and 4 independent modules:

THE FULLNESS OF FEMININITY TRAINING

“Sexuality, love and devotion” (4 Modules)

The Training “Fullness of Femininity” is an invitation to return back home - to our bodies, to our feelings, and to our soul. In this training we invoke the power of the feminine energy through the Tantric Goddesses, channelling the love and wisdom of the “Big Mother” to guide us through the rich, powerful and challenging universe of our sexual energy.

During the Programme “Fullness of Femininity” we will:

• Explore our sexual energy as the power of our instinctual nature, as the basic creative energy that transforms into intimacy and connection, love and compassion, creativity and spiritual connection.
• Bring Healing through the layers of shame, guilt and disconnection that we carry in our bodies and energetic system, which inhibit us from a fulfilling and nourishing connection with our sexual energy.
• Practice full embodyment! Experiencing all our feelings, thoughts, and spiritual experiences as body sensations, learning to listen to the wisdom of our body and to express our truth and our gifts moment to moment.
• Invoke the alive, loving, and wise presence of the Tantric Goddesses, to guides us to different levels of spiritual connection with our feminine nature - from the erotic, sexual and sensual to the contemplative, devotional, creative, and transcendental aspects of spirit.
• With love, awareness, gentleness and curiosity we will meet the shadow aspects of our sexual energy and of being a woman in our complex modern world, exploring the drive of our unconscious motivations and rescuing the treasures that are hidden in the dark places of our bodies, mind and soul.
• Bring awareness and light to the connection with our Parents and ancestors and the way it has influenced and programmed our unconscious patterns and beliefs around sexuality, our body, and intimate relationships. Opening the way for healing and to receive the precious gifts that lay in our roots.
• Create space for understanding and healing the dynamic dance between the feminine and masculine energies, how they play out inside and outside of us and how that influences our actual relationships with women and men in our lives.

This work will bring a fresh aliveness to your body, an opening to the richness of your emotional energy and the capacity to sense and feel life around you, supporting a movement into deeper and more fulfilling connection with yourself, with other women and with men in your life.

The feminine energy awakens while in connection, within shared spaces, in welcoming what is with an open heart, in relaxation and in playfulness! The feminine grows in communion, and together we can evoke real awakening and true transformation.

Together we create a safe space where we can bring all our questions, doubts, experiences, competences, understandings, and create a loving and wise circle that function at the same time as a healing force, a therapeutic support and a channel for new information, for new understanding and for integration at individual and collective levels.

We will use the map of the chakra system, based on the tantric teachings of sacred sexuality, to guide us into the transformation of our instinctual and natural energy into an ever present life giving fountain of love and awareness.

Some of the methods we use are: Active and Silent Meditations, Body and Breathing Exercises, Dance, Sounds and Voice expression, Conscious touch, Somatic Experiencing (SE®), Childhood de-conditioning, Guided Journeys, Imagery, Healing Rituals, Sacred Circles, Sharing, Transparent Communication, and the magic of our co-created feminine energetic field.

The AWEKENED FEMININE Training happens in four modules. few days each. The power in this feminine journey is that the work continues beyond our weekend meetings:

• We will create an energetic field through an ongoing connection between all of us through sharing groups and practices that support each woman to go deeper and deeper into herself and her process, while being fully engaged in her daily life and her relationships.

The Divine Feminine seminar is a space for women to come together and enter the magic, beauty and power of our Goddess’ energies. This is a space to share and receive, to connect your essential feminine qualities and to open up for new energies and possibilities.

When we come together we gather power to invoke the presence and the support of the Divine Feminine. We create a protective, open and powerful energy field that helps bringing out and balancing different aspects of our live energy – our natural capacities and gifts as well as the challenging and unknown places.

The Indian goddesses represent aspects of our life-energy that are at play in every one of us. When we open up for these energies they bring more clarity and aliveness to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, bringing us in touch with our divine qualities and shifting the way we see the ourselves and the world.

We all have more than one goddess’ energy flowing through our personalities. Some we are clearly born with, and others arise through the different conditions of our lives. Some we are drawn to and others scare us. Many times the different expressions of the feminine bring us contradictory feelings. As we learn to recognize these energies, they start manifesting in our lives in a flowing way, and contradictions turn into richness and powerful resources.

The practices with the Goddesses energies support you to:

• Learn to recognize when a particular Goddess feels alive and resonant in you, and find ways to welcome and embody her energy.
• Use the energies that are already awakened in you to support the places that are still asleep. Which Goddess is calling for more aliveness and flow in your life.
• Embody the different personalities, emotional tone and unique ways of the different Goddesses – power, generosity, lovingness, strength, devotion, compassion, intelligence, creativity, sensuality, motherly, erotic, playfulness, transcendence, etc.
• Realize that different moments and phases of life may be connected with different goddesses or energies, bringing clarity to strong changes and movements in life that may feel contradictory and conflicting.
• Work with the psychological manifestation of your inner Goddesses: The clear integrated aspects and the shadow aspects. When she appears liberating and expansive and when she shows up entrapping and confusing.
• Experience the Goddess as pure life energy moving through the body and as the manifesting substance of consciousness - as the power behind our breath, our heartbeat, the energy that fires our muscles, and the impulse behind our thoughts.

Some ways we contact the Goddesses energy:

• Calling her from inside yourself through sounds and the vibration of her specific mantras.
• Letting her enter your body through breath, movements, dance and singing.
• Bring her into life through myths, stories, and the different ways we can experience her in nature and culture.
• Work with intention and visualization as ways to tap into the creative energy of imagination.
• Enter the divine space of devotional feelings through prayer and calling her for protection and guidance.
• Contemplate her as a personal deity, as a helper, a guide, and a teacher, as a giver of boons, and as a powerful force that dissolves old ideas and reveals new aspects of your Self.
