We invite to this amazing workshop all those who want to explore their Consciousness, expand the boundaries of the Unknown, embark on a Great Journey beyond the known, discover the Multidimensional Reality. As well as admirers of the books of Robert Monroe (author of the iconic Journeys Out of the Body) and Bruce Moen (author of Exploring the Afterlife, Voyages into the Unknown).

We also invite people who simply want to learn how to get introduced into a state of deep relaxation, inner harmony and self-healing, who want to deepen their intuition, free themselves from fears and limiting beliefs, discover their true potential and gain access to their own inner guidance.

The Excursion Workshop is a hands-on experiential virtual course based on the first two days of the Monroe Institute's renowned Gateway Voyage® program. It is conducted by certified trainers of the Monroe Institute – Linda Leblanc and Paweł Byczuk.

The workshop provides many opportunities to directly experience two expanded states of consciousness, which Robert Monroe referred to as "Focus 10" and "Focus 12":

“Focus 10” – “body sleeps, mind is awake”, is a state of consciousness in which the physical body is asleep, but the mind is awake and ready for action. In this state you can reduce tensions, heal, remote view and learn new methods of receiving information. This is a state that introduces a feeling of deep relaxation. By using the exercises, you will quickly and effortlessly experience a deep meditative state that is usually achieved only after several years of meditation practice.

“Focus 12” – “state of expanded consciousness”, it is a state in which you can connect with deep inner wisdom and deeper understanding, ask for guidance and messages. It is a state in which the conscious self transcends the boundaries of the physical body. Decision making, problem solving, creative expression. And also discovering non-physical realities.

You will practice removing any physical disturbances so you will be able to perceive better in the “state of expanded consciousness.” You will receive and understand the messages that await you in the farthest corners of your consciousness. You will learn advanced tools to explore, discover and access information and Guidance.

During this two-day professional workshop, thanks to Hemi-Sync® audio technologies, you will be able to easily and safely access and maintain these States of Consciousness (Focus 10 and Focus 12). Thanks to that, you will have the opportunity to learn more about who you really are, become aware of untapped internal resources and make positive changes in your everyday life.

During the Workshop:

• You will be able to experience deep physical and mental relaxation while gaining access to the inner guidance, insight into important life issues, releasing fears and limiting beliefs, and benefiting from physical and emotional healing.
• You will learn practical and effective techniques for accessing and using “awareness tools” both in altered states of consciousness and while awake.
• You will gain the experience, knowledge and skills needed to independently access and benefit from these expanded states of consciousness without Hemi-Sync®.
• Workshop graduates typically experience a greater sense of self-power, improved sleep, better meditation, increased creativity, and greater synchronicity in everyday life.
• Some workshop participants talk about communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBE) and various mystical experiences.

During the workshop (live translated into Polish), participants will be introduced to the state of Cerebral Hemisphere Synchronization thanks to the use of Hemi-Sync® audio technology – audible in their headphones in their own homes. This will enable them to learn the unique and original methods of working with Consciousness created by Robert Monroe and explore Multidimensional Reality.

• This 2-day online workshop includes – 8 guided audio exercises, 2 application sessions (interactive exercises during which we use/test in practice the skills acquired during meditation exercises, such as feeling and manipulating energy) and over 20 comprehensive and practical “awareness tools.”
• Real-time interaction with two qualified trainers and other participants enhances your personal process of exploration and discovery.
• Classes are conducted using Zoom, a popular online platform for interactive online meetings. Audio exercises will be streamed via Zoom.

• You will need headphones and a desktop or laptop computer (with camera and microphone) to use the audio technology. Mobile devices (tablets, phones) do not allow stereo reception and are not recommended. Stereo over-ear wired headphones or high-quality earbuds with a cord long enough to reach where you will listen to the exercises are recommended.
