We invite to an amazing and exciting workshop during which you will get to know how big potential is hidden in our sexual energy. And how to unblock and heal individual, ancestral and karmic knots regarding our sexuality, spirituality and wholeness of human being. We will discover and embody our sexuality which is a source of our creativity, Flow and Life.

During our workshop we will be using Tantra and Shamanism knowledge. Mystical treaties known as Tantras, include a vast spectrum of sexual consciousness practical techniques and transcendence achieving. Shamanic sexual rituals and natural medicine practice related to our body are parts of self-discovery and development as a human being. Thanks to understanding of Tantra and Shamanism practical teachings we will get to know a new life experience.

People who are experienced as:

• therapists, coaches, masseurs;
• Tantra, sexuality and body work practitioners;
• have finished at least one workshop with Anand Rudra in Poland or abroad;

are invited to participate in this workshop.

Research about sexuality

Recent research on the chemistry of sex now points to the compelling role of sex hormones-body energy in defining the dynamics of sexual relationships. Psychological studies have now firmly established the androgynous reality underpinning the human psyche in connection to our body, its meridans (lines of energy), chakras, marmas, and talas (distribution energy areas).

Sexual dysfunction is no longer a taboo topic. There have been enormous advances in our understanding of the significance of nutrition, lifestyle, energy fields, muscles and environment to our health and overall well-being and the impact of these factors on sexual performance.

And there have also been important new discoveries in traditional holistic health such as Ayurveda, Siddha, and Chinese medical systems, notably in the fields of natural hormonal therapy, digito pressure points, herbal-mineral aphrodisiacs, energy, chakras and longevity science (Kayakalpa). Tantric and Taoist teachings can now be recognized beneath the surface of these disciplines.

De-armouring

In shamanism, according to many metaculture knowledge, we as human beings come to our present existence and immediately start to protect ourselves and make a shell on different layers of our bodies: physical, emotional and spiritual. There is also a belief that dense energy which comes from us and the third party, can stay and sediment in our bodies.

A de-armouring body approach was introduced and developed in the 70s XX century at a lot of American universities in help of many shamanic methods, medicine, respirational exercise and muscle system release.

Shamanic De-armouring formed by massage and bones healing was developed in our ancestors’ cultures. Advancing, it started to be a part of more structured and formal medical systems such as:

• Vedic medicine,
• Siddha medicine with acupressure marmic blockages stimulation and release, Tibetan pulsation techniques (a part of the Tibetan medicine),
• Chinease medicine.

All of them used to be the methods allowing to include shamanic de-armouring as a part of the medical practice.

During this workshop you will learn:

1. Tantra and its anatomy

Tantra in a holistic approach. The purpose of tantra within a holistic practice? What is Kaula Tantra?

2. Concepts of prana, the source and movement of energy on the body and bodies

Prana fields: electric (static and dynamic), magnetic, sacred energy.

How to work with body tantra?

• Subtle Channels: Chi or Pranic

Body Channels: Kunda; sexual channels; sacred channels.

3. The Subtle System in terms of Kaul

• The center of the body
• Chakra system (how many and where)
• Nadis & Talas (Vayu Nadi massage) - 14 main channels
• Marma & Granthis (Kaula Marma massage).

4. Theories and methodological frameworks

Schools that develop the knowledge around the marmas & nadis Ajurweda;

• Ayurveda
• Cashmere
• Tibetan
• Kaula
• The theory of correlation and vibration of energy (tantric pranayama meditation)

• Pranayams to review and unblock the main nadis

• Conscious high-frequency pranic healing techniques
• Sexual energy after de-armouring the body
• Energetical orgasms.

• The Genital area idea, the central Shashumna channel and super consciousness connection
• The marmas to unblock the sexual energy
• Kama-nadi and how to light it up
• Ashwini as an emotional release in the sexual process
• The sexual energy as a healing and unblockage key – Dakini techniques.

8. Spirituality and sexual de-armouring

• Manas connecting during the sexual energy flow
• Orgasm and body fusion concepts and super consciousness connection
• “No mind” idea vs astral conscious projection.

Common areas connecting shamanism and tantra can be shown basing on two from seven universal rules governing the Universe.

• “As above, as below” theory for Tantra and Shamanism, is to understand that we have a complete Universe inside us that connects with everything else. Also, embodies the concept that there is a link of your individuality ( as universe) with everything that is outside from us.

• The Theory of Resonance. Everything that exists has a vibration which delivers energy that is translated in to frequency. Therefore, everything that exists when the vibration and frequency starts to get linger there is a resonance.

Tantra and shamanism are philosophies, science, art, and a way of life whereby sexual energy is consciously and creatively utilized.

In Shamanism we resonate with the basic elementals that gives life to everything and everyone. Fire, water, air, earth and ether; the same is applied to Tantra and Taoist arts.

Both, Shamanism & Tantra, recognize that our body has an intrinsic manifestation of our own existence in different layers that are called the bodies. Physical; energetical; emotional (mind); causal (Spirit & Soul); and Esoteric (Psychic).

Tantra and shamanism, are connected to these structures with the target to alleviate, unblock, restore, transmute different aspect of our existence: from physical issues, to emotional or spiritual.

Thanks to Tantra, we understand that life force energy moves in a Subtle System which is connected to our Psyche, behaviour, biology and most of it to the development of us as human beings and our spiritual journey. Chakras, nadis, talas, marmas and grantis are the structure within our body.

Tantra and shamanism, are connected to these structures with the target to alleviate, unblock, restore, transmute different aspect of our existence: from physical issues, to emotional or spiritual.

Kriya Yoga is a spiritual practice where through the respirational and asanas work allows energy flow and a higher Me connection. It connects human will to the cosmic will throughout the mind control and transformation. Besides, it allows keeping your body in shape. It gives it energy and youthfulness. It leads Your mind to the highest consciousness.

According to Ananda Runda tantra understood as a sexual energy vibration led by breathing and body, to consciousness and superconscious, Supra Nature and Supra Consciousness.

Tantra and shamanism are the healing ways to the development with the objective to higher the conscious. Both ways are founded on three dimensions: a physical, astral and casual body.

Nature and Science, shamanism and tantra meet in the middle way. Tantric shamanic knowledge connects both aspects. Sacral sexuality is one of the main aspects and tools where the tantric shamanism utilises to curations, universe connection and Supra - conscience communication development (responsibility for All Existence) and Supra-Nature.

Primal Shamanic Tantric Certification

periodic hybrid master training/ ANANDA RUDRA’s SCHOOL

Anand Rudra together with the Be.Tantric group members, has decided to create a certification system, which will allow to achieve a Master’s Degree in the chosen area of shamanism and tantra. This system is constituted by fundamental phases of practice and knowledge. 

The whole workshop has a periodical character which means, you are allowed to participate in every part without necessity of finishing any other one. It is not necessary to choose any level. Collected points from the participated workshops will show the participant’s level at the present moment.

The programme includes 3 levels: practitioner’s, intern’s and instructor’s. If you have finished any of Ananda’s workshops, they can be counted into the whole training.

Each workshop includes a lot of theoretical and practical material. The way they were constructed was thought to follow the Bologna European Academy. Each certificate issued by us meet these requirements and the workshop participation is signed by True Tantra and Be.Tantric confirmed with a certificate.
