We invite you to an extraordinary and transformative workshop in Systemic Constellations by

Bert Hellinger's method and Family Constellations, led by Liza Martin - an international teacher and therapist with over 20 years of experience.

The constellations we will take part in differ from the traditional ones that we usually see. They are distinguished by a method that Liza Martin called Back to the Flow. This method allows, by working in small groups (3 or 4 people), to experience the 3 most important constellations that affect the quality of our entire lives: relationship with the mother, relationship with the father and relationship with the partner.

The constellations concern two aspects: the current situation we are in and the dream one we want to achieve. So in 3 days each of us will experience a total of 6 settings of the most important relationships in our lives.

In addition, the whole constellation process is combined with various forms of meditation that will allow us to integrate the experience between what is current and what we strive for in a harmonious and dream version.

We all yearn for harmonious and satisfying relationships. Deep within us there lies the belief that it is our birthright. But we experience it very rarely in our lives. We live by believing that the way we relate to others is an act of our free will. This is partly the case, but very often we unconsciously play out the hidden patterns that have been maintained for years in our family system and resulting from our childhood conditioning. Thus, we project our traumas and unmet needs onto others.

During this workshop we will discover the hidden motives behind our relationships. We will use a powerful combination of Family Constellations, Trauma Healing, along with the three golden keys of energy work - Movement, Breath and Sound. This is in order to help you break free from the blockages hidden in your family system and in your personal childhood conditionings that keep you from being your authentic self.

Energy blockages are hidden at the level of our subconscious, which means that we are unable to see the problem and overcome it with our conscious mind. In addition, we will experience the bodily and emotional energy matrix responsible for harmonious relationships. When this experience takes root in our Being, we will know what we are looking for in life.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

BRINGING TO LIGHT WHAT IS HIDDEN IN THE FAMILY SYSTEM

The Family Constellations method allows you to find an energy blockage in your family system. This energy blockage is stored at a subconscious level, causing the inability to see the problem and overcome it with the conscious mind. When we find the energy blockages that shape your behavior and affect the way you live, we can actually heal their root causes in family structure, belief systems, karmic energy patterns, and self-imposed expectations.

RECOGNIZE – An energy blockage has power over you when it remains at your subconscious level. Only then can it rule your life, making you behave as if it programmed you to behave in a certain way. Once it has been found and brought to the light of the conscious mind, and you acknowledge it, it will lose its power and you will regain your freedom of choice.

RELEASE - After bringing the energy blockage to the level of awareness and recognizing it, we will apply Trauma Healing, Breathing and Active Meditations in conjunction with the three golden keys of energy work - they are Movement, Breathing, Sound. This healing method releases blocked and frozen energy throughout the body.

REPROGRAM - Once the energy blockage is released from your system, we will use the revolutionary method of "Feeling Based Prayer" which will allow you to re-adjust, re-tune your nervous system, reprogram your brain on a subconscious level and experience the coherence between your brain and heart.

After the workshop, you will be in:

• A deep understanding of the problem and its true causes,

• Feeling full from within as some of your life energy frozen in an energy blockage returns back to your system,

What are Family Constellations according to Bert Hellinger's method?

Family Constellations is a healing process that explores how the dynamics hidden within our family system can affect our thoughts, feelings, relationships, and even health issues. Constellations are models of the family system that show how past experiences can dominate our present. We often unconsciously relive the suffering of our ancestors.

In Family Constellations, we connect with our immediate family as well as Ancestors through an energy field that allows us to discover the truth behind shame, guilt, trauma, mental illness, and the devastating effects of violence, war, immigration, and more.

We can begin to see how the past is interfering with our love, wealth, success, healthy marriage, and our inner happiness. Family constellations can also help us understand our relationship with our parents and their ongoing impact on our lives.

An important observation of Bert Hellinger, the creator of Family Constellations, is that every family system has its own natural laws that keep the family in balance and allow love to flow. In family systems where these rights are violated, shame, guilt, rage, or trauma can become normal for family members.

One of the most important laws of nature is that all members of the family system belong to it and must have their place in the system. If someone is not given a suitable place in the system, younger members may become "entangled" in the affairs of the excluded person and even take on his difficult fate. This is especially true of ancestors who have been forgotten, rejected or surrounded by family secrets. These unconscious entanglements are behind most of the issues discussed in Family Constellations.

Freeing ourselves from these entanglements and dependencies can liberate us and allow us to live our own lives. It often helps to restore balance and love throughout the family system and perhaps even our larger communities. This liberation can help us clarify what we need to see in our lives, what can be left behind, and what we can celebrate in such a way that our lives move in a good and healthy direction.

Examples of problems that can be healed through Family Constellations:

• being stuck in an unhappy relationship;
• having unhealthy addictions;
• following wrong patterns in life;
• feeling excluded from family or friends for no apparent reason;
• feeling of being an outsider;
• finding the same type of man or woman no matter how many times you change partners;
• feeling that you are living someone else's life...

Healing Trauma

Releasing from trauma does not require retelling or reliving the traumatic event. Instead, it offers opportunities for engagement, completion and resolution of the body's instinctive reactions to fight, flight and freeze - in a slow way with constant support. Those trapped in fear or rage find solace in a growing sense of calm and security.

Those stuck in difficult situations gradually discover that their sense of hopelessness and numbness transforms into inner empowerment, triumph, and mastery. All this resets our nervous system, restores internal balance, increases resistance to stress, improves vitality, restores balance and the ability to actively engage in life.
