Tantra & Shamanism are interconnected since one of the principles is to guide humanity to understand who we are and where we are going. There is a clear understanding and derivate from one of the 7 universal principles “As above, as below” for Tantra and Shamanism that we have a complete Universe inside us.

In Shamanism we resonate with the basic elementals that gives life to everything and everyone. Fire, water, air , earth and ether; the same is applied to Tantra and Taoistic arts.

In Tantra, we understand that life force energy moves in a Subtle System which is connected to our Psyche, behavior , biology and most of it to the development of us as human beings and our spiritual journey. Chakras, nadis, talas, marmas and grantis are the structure with in our body.

Both, Shamanism & Tantra, recognize that our body has an intrinsic manifestation of our own existence in different layers that are called the bodies. Physical; energetical; emotional (mind); causal (Spirit & Soul) ; and Esoterical (Psychic).

Tantra and shamanism, are connected to these structures with the target to alleviate, unblock, restore, transmute different aspect of our existence: from physical issues, to emotional or spiritual.

The workshop is conducted by an expert in shamanism and tantrism, Anand Rudra - founder of the True Tantra School, son of a Mexican shaman, grandson of a Mexican Yaqui Indian healer. In his knowledge, he combines academic knowledge, practical experience and ancient practices. Rituals include tribal traditions: Olmecs, Aztecs, Balinese, Dravidians, Siberians, Filipinos and Mayans.

According to Ananda Rudra, tantra is understood as the vibration of sexual energy leading through the breath and body, to consciousness and supra-consciousness, Supra Nature and Supra Consciousness. And tantra and shamanism are ways of healing and development aimed at raising consciousness.

Both paths are based on 3 dimensions: the physical body; the astral body and the causal body. Science and Nature, shamanism and tantra meet halfway. Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. It is one of the main aspects and tools that tantric shamanism uses to heal, connect with the universe and Supra-Nature.

This workshop is oriented towards raising our frequency within two types of practices: shamanic and tantric. We will explore Powers, learn knowledge and experience rituals and embodied shamanic and tantric practices. The aim of the classes is to awaken the Healing Power of the Tantric Shaman.

During this workshop you will:

• Understand the differences between the bodies and how to create a balance at 3 levels: Physical, Energetical and Emotional.
• Learn how to access to balance my circadian cycle (the natural rhythm of my body) via Tantra Kriya Yoga
• Understand how the shamanic elementals work with my emotional body and how to unlock emotional histories that are on my physical body.
• Learn about the power of restoring energy and the understanding of transmutation of energy via Ancestral Tantra Yoga; shamanic humming; and the use of voicing.
• Discover the power of the INNER FIRE on Tantra & Shamanism; the use of to massage techniques that allow to unlock spiritual & emotional bondings.
• The power of the idea of PRANA (life force energy) as a cathartic element on the healing process of your inner self.
• Introduction to understand The alchemy that Shamanic Breathwork does to the basic Spiritual Blockages (Not self-recognition or lack of self-steam or not access to inner power).

For this weekend you will need:

• A percussion instrument (drums, rattles)
• Coconut oil
• Sarong
• Two towels
• One Yoga mat
• A notebook
• 3 days of soft diet before this encounter.

True Tantra follows an ancient school methodology in which five tools that are independent, but at the same time complementary to each other, are the base of this practice. When you learn Tantra, you need to see and practice all the aspects that help you to become a professional.

Every professional has to pass different oral and practical examinations and renew their knowledge every year, not only to present what they have learned, but to acquire more methods and go deeper in the Tantra practice. Primal Shamanic Tantric Certification

A circular-hybrid master training

Anand Rudra, he has being part of an academic arena but also a businessman and personal and political advisor. As part , of a reality in which you need to have serious studies that can give you a very solid base. He decided with the Be.Tantric team to put together a Certification that leads you to be a master of one of the basic areas of shamanism and tantra; the Primal Stages of both practices and sciences.

This training is circular meaning that you can take any of the courses with no previous had taken other one. You do not need to choose the levels. Since the planification is done by Credits or Units. The practitioner level, the apprentice and the Instructor levels are the 3 stages of this program.

If you have already taken courses with Anand in this field in can be compensated them. Each retreat or workshop has a load of curricular content, theory and practices. We tried to design the courses according the European Academic Bologna requirements . Each certification has requirements to have it, each event that you course with TrueTantra or Be.Tantric you get a proof of it (diploma).

NOTE: this workshop is also a training course that is part of the Anand Rudra School of Tantra and Shamanism ('Primal Shamanic Tantric Certification').
