Freya is a vibrant, charismatic  facilitator with passion for life and transformation. She has a strong presence and can hold and empower large training groups. 

Freya is waving her unique blend of coaching and training experiences, passion for acting and

Facilitating. She listens attentively not only to words, but also to the energy of the group and individuals. She sincerely meets the participants in their highs and lows, holding them in pain and guiding them to discovering their truth, joy and light. She always accommodates the training program to the individual and collective needs of the participants. Her powerful presence, intuitive approach, as well as charismatic and immersive voice make her trainings a truly unique experience.

Freya facilitates transformational trainings, empowering participants in areas of Tantric sexuality & relationships, aiming at developing their full potential. Since 2017 she has been teaching at the  TPOT School of John Hawken, starting with Year Long Professional Tantra Massage Trainings, later Year Long Tantra training  and Dark Eros Intensive. She is also facilitating Tantra Women Workshops, and Shamanic sacred Sexuality workshops. She is devoted to work with the medicine of Cacao, creating Ecstatic Cacao Ceremonies where she creates unique spaces for healing through shamanic meditations, DJ-ing breath and body movement. Freya’s powerful presence, integrity and feminine loving heart create safe space for transformation and growth.

Freya’s training background include: Aspex and SAR certified courses at Sex Coach University (USA), Tantra Woman Training (SPAIN), Certified Tantra Massage Teacher, Certified Tantra Teacher Training with John Hawken, Level 1 and 2 at the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), Sexuality Healing and Disarmouring by Susan Rousgard, and other Tantric training courses by David Deida, Andrew Barnes, Ananda Sarita, Bruce Lyon, Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Shakti Malan, Sally Kempton and others.

She graduated in management from the University of Toronto in Canada and also holds an MBA in human resource management at the Kozminski University. In 2017, she completed a 2-year training in Process-Oriented Psychology.

In “previous life” international coach and manager at a large multinational IT corporation.

The Tantric path

Tantra is the path for anyone who wants to open to life more and who is interested in developing their own personality in the area of energy, consciousness, creativity and sexuality. The Tantric Path heals the separation between the heart, spirit and sex and allows us to feel the sacredness inside of us again.

The Path of Touch - tantric massage

Touch is a vital form of nourishment and affirmation, and sensual massage a way of communicating non-verbally and directly. To receive a tantra massage is to be initiated into tantric experience and tantric consciousness. Often tantra massage can be the first contact with energy and the energy body and the potential of expanding sexual energy into the whole body.

The Path of Energy - Bioenergetics

How we embody and express our energy makes our psyche and our patterns of reactions to life visible. We hold in our bodies the energy we dared not express when we were vulnerable children, both as a tension in the muscles and as a charge of energy in the organs and connective tissue. This fixed form of expression and defence is called our character. It is our social, adapted self, and blocks and represses our spontaneous flow of life energy, our wildness, including large amounts of our sexuality and creativity.

The Shamanic Path - Contemporary Shamanism

Shamanism studies our energetic connection to everything around us, the elements, the minerals, plants and animals, and especially the spirit connections, including to our ancestors, our karma and our sacred dream. We develop our ability to perceive energy and spirit through our energy body, the awareness of which brings us into an expanded state of consciousness. John Hawken teaches in the beauty way in the tradition of the Twisted Hairs medicine teachings he studied with Arwyn Dreamwalker.

The Path of Pilgrimage

The ancient tradition of pilgrimage creates change by letting a journey through an outer landscape become a mirror to stimulate an inner journey through an inner landscape. We work strongly with the four elements to create soul alchemy, and in the power places of the world to open the gateways between outside and inside, between macrocosm and microscosm. These power places once experienced become a resource in the soul memory to which the pilgrim can return at any time.

The Path of Dark Eros

Dark Eros is the transformation of fear and guilt and of anger and blaming. It is the exploration of existential, first-chakra based sexuality. The fundamental question is, is the basis of our life fear or pleasure? Fear is excitement with contraction, as every horror film buff or rollercoaster fan knows, pleasure on the other hand is excitement with relaxation and expansion.

Tantra Woman School (Santoshi Amor)

A series of tantra workshops for women TARA is an extraordinary journey to the temple of the Goddess. This is a wild juicy journey, during which we connect with something greater than ourselves, beyond the mind and limited personality. We feed in each other through our bodies and hearts and celebrate our unique gifts by becoming full of life, radiant, strong and at the same time sensitive women.

The training is designed in 5 modules:

• Module 1: Sexual empowerment – Red Tara
• Module 2: The Power of Love – White Tara
• Module 3: Creativity, expression and Healing Powers – Green Tara
• Module 4: The Goddess Embodied. Advanced Level I – Black Tara
• Module 5: Beyond Woman. Advanced Level II – Purple Tara

Prerequisite to participate in Advanced Tara Modules is to have done three previous modules (Red, White and Green Tara) and those participants will have priority in signing up for those workshops. Participation in two out of three basic Tara workshops might be also considered – to be decided individually by Santoshi.

Every basic workshop (Red, White and Red Tara) is an independent module and they do not need to be attended in any sequence. Advanced trainings (Black and Purple Tara) also do not need to be attended in order. Once you have completed the whole training of five Modules you will receive a certificate!

Tantra has always been the path of the rebels. For those who don't want to comply with the rigid rules and norms of society. It is a path of conscious CHOICE and direct experience.

First of all, it is a vibrant path. The very word "Tantra" means "weaving", weaving various paths, schools, teachers.

Based on ancient tantric tools I combine them with the latest achievements of modern therapies and neuroscience. Thus my TantraWay offers you countless ways to learn how to live happier, how to deal with adversities, how to find love, build and develop relationships, and live free from limiting beliefs, consciously choosing what is best for you and everyone around you.

As a bodyworker, I know that body doesn’t lie. I want to show you the simplest and easiest ways to understand Tantra – through your body.

This workshop is an invitation to the world of Tantra. You will experience your body as a flow of energy, energy that can contract and take various forms. You will learn to expand beyond the forms and flow with the ocean of limitless possibilities.

During the workshop you will:

2. Tantra Latihan Massage

This massage is a meeting between the two of you and the cosmos, between you two and the whole of existence. It helps you to merge, melt, and let go on the deepest level possible.

We all need conscious touch and pleasure, just as we need air, I and water. This workshop will give you permission to immerse yourself in a pleasant exchange of conscious, sensual and erotic touch in a safe space for healing, transformation and even ecstatic experiences.

Intimacy and connection are born in the heart. Tantric touch cuts through the busy mind, allowing direct communication from heart to heart, body to body, soul to soul. Tantric touch is a communication without words, pure presence and feeling, where there is no room for thoughts, fears and tensions. At this point, we can truly relax to discover each other experiencing pleasure and bliss.

Latihan means to give up control and allow cosmic energy move through you, so you are not the doer anymore. You are simply allowing cosmic consciousness to flow through you, surrendering to the energy of existence. Moment to moment, you don’t know what the next movement will be. 3. Dark Eros – healing fear, guilt & shame to live free.

Do you miss the intensity of your experiences? Does guilt or shame obscure your sexuality? Do you feel anxious or paralyzed when a situation becomes "too" sexual?

Dark Eros first is about you, yourself, about the feeling of who you are. About your existence. About being. About discovering your wild child – your independence.

Transgressing the rules of being the good boy or good girl.

Dark Eros is a term describing sexuality which is connected with our first chakra rather than with the second; sexuality that arises from existential issues rather than from pure pleasure, love and contact. In Dark Eros we explore this erotic drive of the first chakra – what it is that satisfy our deepest and highest, spiritual needs. The transformation and empowerment of transgressing fear of authority, fear of punishment into a wild, bold breaker of rules, transgressor of boundaries.

Main topics of Dark Eros are:

1. Experiencing and taking your personal power.
2. Punishment which is empowering
3. Being in the Energy. Not withdrawing it in need for approval and out of existential threats
4. About transgression and recognition of your personal power

During this experiential workshop we will taste some of the themes, of power over an power under in a guided group experience.

Then we will experience a transgressive massage “Playing the body as and instrument” using whips.

The body is the instrument, like a cello, and the energy is the music. The whip is the bow with which we move the energy. This is a movement of transformation. The whip is normally an instrument of power and punishment and we will be transforming it into an instrument for moving energy.
