SkyDancing Tantra School - The Path to Bliss
SkyDancing Tantra is a lineage founded by Margot Anand thirty years ago. This teaching is provided for by three Institutes throughout the world : Francophone Europe - USA - Germany.
SkyDancing Tantra teaches us to choose with awareness what brings us pleasure and joy , thus opening the door to a deeper connection with spirit and a greater sense of aliveness and well-being. The practice of SkyDancing Tantra enables us to overcome feelings of separation and create a sense of union with yourself, others, and the world. The body relaxes, the heart opens and the mind becomes clearer and more focused. When this integration takes place, we are ready for a new sexual and spiritual experience in which physical/sensual pleasure becomes a celebration of the heart and an ecstasy of the spirit. Ultimately, the SkyDancing path provides a model for cultivating the Tantric way of life – helping us awaken to our ecstatic potential, embrace our own vital powers, enliven sensuality, awaken spirituality, and create a more fulfilling love life.
SkyDancing is the ancient metaphor for the ability to achieve ecstatic states. SkyDancing Tantra is the ability to integrate these ecstatic states into our sexuality and into our lives, so that love can be experienced as a flow, a joyful celebration, a healing meditation. SkyDancing Tantra presents the Tantric paradigm through methods accessible to the Western culture and lifestyle. Margot Anand has integrated the ancient spirit of Tantra with the most recent discoveries in clinical sexology, as well as the therapeutic methods of humanistic and transpersonal psychology. Her teachings are powerful, healing and effective.

Workshops
1. Awareness : Diving into the Vibration of the Universe
According to some ancient tantric texts, Tantra is a path of Awareness. The path of Shiva. By being always more aware and conscious, the seeker gets rid of layers of programs, judgments and conditionings until the very moment he/she reaches a state of absolute fluidity and inner silence. At this moment, awareness is not anymore separate from the vibration of the Universe, the Spanda. How can we access this path and bring it into our lives ? By being more and more aware of our momentums, desires and limitations, we ignite the fire of deprogramming, of transformation. Interaction is not a goal anymore. Interacting becomes just a tool that leads us to consciousness. This workshop will allow us to discover this essential principles of Tantra and to learn how to bring it very concretely into our own tantric pathways and into our daily lives, by recognizing our desires, identifying our limits and boundaries and learning how to go beyond them at the moments we decide to do so and at our own rhythm.
2. Energy : Manifestation of Consciousness
Tantra is also the Path of Shakti : for ancient Tantrikas, Shakti is a metaphor for Energy. But today in the world of personal development, Energy is subject to many interpretations, explanations, developments, advices and judgements. Some people tell us that it goes this way or that direction… And what if Energy wasn’t needing to be explained, but just felt and experienced ? Our energy is our life force, our vitality. It is a natural phenomenon. It never disappears. Sometime, life or education have led us to cut ourselves from feeling our Energy, our Vitality. So the path is about freeing our bodies and minds in order to be again in a capacity to feel our own Energy. When we reach the level of fluidity with life that is necessary to feel our Energy, then we realize that it is freely moving inside of us and that it is not separate from consciousness, from the Vibration of the Universe. This workshop will allow us to experience various forms of our Energy through body and breathing practices.
3. The Union of Awareness and Energy – First steps of SkyDancing Tantra’s and Margot Anand’s Wave of Bliss
After having experienced Tantra through its two facets, Consciousness (Shiva) and Energy (Shakti) during the first two Workshops, the participants will we invited to practice the first steps of Margot Anand’s “Wave of Bliss”. They will learn how to practice the Yab-yum position and to direct their energy to certain points of their energy body through focusing and visualizing. Then they will share their breath and energy through the Yabyum position, which is the tantric metaphor of the Union of Consciousness and Energy, the door to Advaïta (non-duality) i.e. a space where judgment and discrimination become useless and vanish, the understanding that nothing is separate.
Morning practice
Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
NADABRAHMA is an old Tibetan technique which was originally done in the early hours of the morning. It can be done at any time of the day, alone or with others, but have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least 15 minutes afterwards. The meditation lasts an hour and there are three stages.
First Stage: 30 minutes
Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed and lips together. Start humming, loudly enough to be heard by others and create a vibration throughout your body. You can visualise a hollow tube or an empty vessel, filled only with the vibrations of the humming. A point will come when the humming continues by itself and you become the listener. There is no special breathing and you can alter the pitch or move your body smoothly and slowly if you feel like it.
Second Stage: 15 minutes
The second stage is divided into two 7 1⁄2 minute sections. For the first half, move the hands, palms up, in an outward circular motion. Starting at the navel, both hands move forwards and then divide to make two large circles mirroring each other left and right. The movement should be so slow that at times there will appear to be no move at all. Feel that you are giving energy outwards to the universe. After 7 1⁄2 minutes turn the hands, palms down, and start moving them in the opposite direction. Now the hands will come together towards the navel and divide outwards to the sides of the body. Feel that you are taking energy in. As in the first stage, don’t inhibit any soft, slow movements of the rest of your body.
Third Stage: 15 minutes
Sit absolutely quiet and still.
Evening Ritual
Mixing the two drops
This beautiful and special ritual was inspired by the Tantric Tradition and it is generally offered during one of the SkyDancing six weeks personal training. You will be guided through a visualisation of your breath that will finally allow the merger of your masculine and feminine energies into your hearts. Enriched by such equilibrium, you’ll be invited to melt your balanced energy bodies with your partner into the Yabyum. You need to attend this ritual with a partner, so find one before coming in the Group-room or find a partner in front of the Grouproom before entering. Only pairs will be accepted. Same gender pairs or different gender pairs are equally welcome.
