Absolwentka studiów trenerskich w Szkole Wyższej Psychologii Społecznej i Laboratorium Psychoedukacji oraz Szkoły Coachów Grupy Trop i Uniwersytetu Marii Skłodowskiej Curie na wydziale prawa.

Od 7 lat z sukcesem prowadzi własny biznes ucząc kobiety przedsiębiorczości i autentycznej kobiecej pewności siebie w życiu i w biznesie. Współzałożycielka Akademii Kobiet Sukcesu oraz Szkoły Liderek, interdyscyplinarnego studium przedsiębiorczości dla kobiet.

Autorka projektu „Codziennie Pewna Siebie”, w ramach którego prowadzi warsztaty, treningi dla kobiet oraz fan page pod tym samym tytułem. To właśnie te warsztaty stały się inspiracją do powstania jej najnowszej książki „Codziennie Pewna Siebie. 8-tygodniowy trening budowania pewności siebie dla kobiet”.

Prowadzi indywidualne i grupowe szkolenia dla kobiet z budowania pewności siebie, także w wystąpieniach publicznych, dzieląc się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem, które zdobyła m.in.  jako prezenterka regionalnej telewizji, mówczyni na konferencjach dla kobiet oraz dziennikarka prowadząca autorską audycję w Radio KOLOR. Posiada prestiżowy tytuł Competent Communicator oraz Competent Leader nadawany przez Toastmasters International.

Autorka książki „100 pomysłów jak być dla siebie dobrą”. Regularnie praktykuje Vipassanę.

Jako ekspertka wypowiadała się m. in. dla Radia Kolor, Polskiego Radia, Radia Chili Zet, Pracuj.pl, Polsat News, Magazynu Coaching, Magazynu Vita, Poradnika Domowego, Olivii.

Zuzanna Krynicka

Poprowadzę poranne zajęcia ruchowe. Od lat interesuję się pracą z ciałem, tańcem i formami ruchu, które wspierają rozwój człowieka. Jestem masażystką PeLoHa i Lomi Lomi Nui.

W trakcie warsztatów będzie można wykupić jeden z moich masaży.

Lubię kontakt z ludźmi, koordynowanie i tworzenie projektów, zwłaszcza tych, które pomagają ludziom żyć lepiej, zdrowiej, w większym kontakcie ze sobą.

Loewe Agata

Dr Agata Loewe - psychoterapeutka, seksuolożka, założycielka Instytutu Pozytywnej Seksualności. Jest absolwentką Szkóły Wyższej Psychologii Społecznej w Warszawie (Psychologia Kliniczna oraz Społeczna Psychologia Stosunków Międzykulturowych) oraz Institute for Advanced Studies of Human Sexuality w San Francisco, gdzie uzyskała tytuł Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

W 2014 roku ukończyła również podyplomowe 4-letnie studia z Systemowej Terapii Rodzin w Ośrodku Szkoleń Systemowych w Krakowie.

Paul Bargetto

Paul Bargetto jest międzynarodowej sławy reżyserem i producentem festiwali teatralnych; założycielem i dyrektorem artystycznym teatru East River Commedia- międzynarodowej grupy teatralnej działającej w Nowym Jorku, a także dyrektorem artystycznym i głównym producentem nowojorskiego Festiwalu Undergroundzero. Obecnie pracuje z grupą Teatr Trans-Atlantyk w Warszawie gdzie zrealizował do tej pory dwie premiery.

Ukończył reżyserię na Uniwersytecie Columbia ze stopniem MFA, a także aktorstwo na San Francisco State Uniwersity. W 2004 stworzył autorski warsztat dla aktorów  The Flying Sandbox. O d tego czasu zaprezentował go w wielu miastach Europy i Stanów Zjednoczonych. W 2005 roku pomógł założyć  Ligę Teatru Niezależnego w Nowym Jorku.

Reżyserował wiele przedstawień polskiej dramaturgii współczesnej, m.in.: Mrożka, a ostatnio tekst Doroty Masłowskiej p.t.: „Dwoje biednych Rumunów mówiących po polsku”. Do jego najnowszych prac reżyserskich należy „Ewangelia wg Św. Mateusza” – spektakl oparty na filmie Pasoliniego współprodukowany z Living Theatre.

Artysta ma na swoim koncie pracę dla wielu instytucji amerykańskiego teatru, pracował także w Europie, m.in.: Niemczech I Rumunii. Jest laureatem licznych konkursów, zdobył m.in. nagrodę w konkursie na Najlepszą Produkcję Teatralną w Nowym Jorku 2005 roku za realizację tekstów Sławomira Mrożka (Serenada i Filozof Lis)

Paul Bargetto

Paul Bargetto is an international theater director and festival curator.  He has lived and worked between New York City and numerous European countries including Poland, Romania, Germany, and Turkey for the past fifteen years.  He is currently making work with his new company Teatr Trans-Atlantyk in Warsaw.  He founded the theater company East River Commedia (1998-2010) and the Undergroundzero Festival (2007 -2014).  He created his workshop for actors, The Flying Sandbox, in 2004 and has presented it in numerous incarnations in New York City and Internationally.  In 2005 he helped to found the League of Independent Theater, an advocacy organization for independent theater in New York City.  He holds an MFA from Columbia University in Directing and B.A. in Drama from San Francisco State University.  In addition to his work in the theater, Paul is a passionate amateur photographer.

Paul Bargetto (1969, San Jose, United States) creates performances, photos and conceptual artworks. By contesting the division between the realm of memory and the realm of experience, Bargetto wants to amplify the astonishment of the spectator by creating compositions or settings that generate tranquil poetic images that leave traces and balances on the edge of recognition and alienation.

His collected, altered and own performances are being confronted as aesthetically resilient, thematically interrelated material for memory and projection. The possible seems true and the truth exists, but it has many faces, as Hanna Arendt cites from Franz Kafka. By applying a poetic and often metaphorical language, he finds that movement reveals an inherent awkwardness, a humor that echoes our own vulnerabilities. The artist also considers movement as a metaphor for the ever-seeking man who experiences a continuous loss.

His works appear as dreamlike images in which fiction and reality meet, well-known tropes merge, meanings shift, past and present fuse. Time and memory always play a key role. By questioning the concept of movement, he absorbs the tradition of remembrance art into daily practice. This personal follow-up and revival of a past tradition is important as an act of meditation.

His works isolate the movements of humans and/or objects. By doing so, new sequences are created which reveal an inseparable relationship between motion and sound. Paul Bargetto currently lives and works in Warszawa.

Paweł Byczuk

Monroe Institute trainer, member of the Professional Association, leader of the Polish community of the Monroe Institute. He conducts stationary and online workshops at the Monroe Institute. He is also a trainer of Nonphysical Journeys using the Bruce Moen method.

Since the 1990s, he has been associated with the Monroe Institute, publishing articles in its periodicals and conducting Hemi-Sync® workshops in Poland. The main field of his interests and activities is the practical application in everyday life of knowledge and skills acquired during the exploration of consciousness, thus implementing Robert Monroe's idea behind the creation of the Hemi-Sync® sound technique. In cooperation with the editorial office of Nieznany Świat Polish magazine, he expanded the annual meditation campaign with an online version and conducts these meetings, contributing to more coordinated activity of their participants.

Arki Eskarmendi

Monroe Institute trainer since 2000, member of the Professional Association. Arkaitz was born in San Sebastian, Spain. Since childhood he felt that something was missing in life and started his quest for the `missing factor´ at a very early age. Along the years he tried many tools and techniques for self development, trying to unveil the depths of human consciousness.

While working on his master’s degree on International Trade and Logistics, Arkaitz was given the opportunity to read Bob Monroe’s books. Reading about Bobs experiences, along with a first contact with the Hemi-Sync technology provided an unmistakable sense of `this is the way to go´. And this is the way he went until, before he knew he became a TMI Outreach and Residential Trainer. Now he trains both weekend and Residential programs. He is also a member of the Monroe Institute's Professional Division and Local Chapter Regional Coordinator for Spain and Portugal.

Using Hemi-Sync® on a regular basis, personally, with program participants and with individual clients, has brought a sense of purpose and fulfillment to life that is hard to describe. Life has turned into an incredible adventure, full of meaning and mystery.

Arkaitz also helps people improve their lives with coaching, hypnosis and other techniques.
