About the Facilitator
Komala is born in Brazil and lived for twenty years in India, working as a therapist and facilitator at the Osho International Meditation Resort. Now she lives in Austria and travels around the world sharing her work.

Many years of meditation practice, self-inquiry and singing skills, combined with the studies and exploration of the traditions of Tantra, Zen, Sufism, Taoism, Healing Arts, and the contemporary teachings about the human mind and heart is the base of her work.
Komala is graduated in Art Education and has training in trans-personal and meditative therapies, self-development techniques and body-oriented therapies as Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine); CranioSacral Balancing®; Voicing®; Systemic Ritual® and the Shamanic Wheel; Hara Awareness Massage®; Die Before You Die (A Sufi journey into conscious living and dying); Awareness Intensive and Satori; Primal therapy and Sexual De-conditioning; Essence Work and Chakra Balancing; Tai-Chi and Chi-Kung.
Komala developed and leads courses for women and the long training "The Awakened Feminine Training". Together with her Partner Gregor Khushru Steinmaurer, she created the seven-modules intensive Chakra training, the “Training for Life”, the course "Sexuality, Love and Relationship", and the "Loving Relationship for couples" retreat. Currently, she also leads the courses “Opening Your Voice”, “Healing the Inner Child” and “Die Before You Die”.
Her work has influences from teachings on Sexuality and male-female polarity from David Deida, Conscious Living and Dying from Stephen Levine, Voice Dialogue from Hal and Sidra Stone, Transparent Communication from Thomas Hübl, and Systemic Ritual and Shamanic work from Daan Van Kampenhout.

AWAKENED FEMININE TRAINING
Awakened Feminine Training is a series of workshops for modern women that wish to take time and space to connect the essence of her heart, to open her natural sensuality and femininity, and to bring it back into her daily life. In this retreats women come together to create a loving, safe and sacred space for healing, to support each other to enter into deeper intimacy with themselves, with life and with the principle of creation. This is an invitation to return back home – to our body, to our feelings, and to our soul.
The program “Awakened Feminine Training” happens in 4 modules where we explore different themes. Each module is complete in itself and can be attended separately in any sequence. Whenever you complete the whole cycle you will receive a certificate. At the end of each module you will receive a manual with reminders and practices to continue your movement in your daily life.

The aim of this work is to open our full potential as a human being, to reconnect our essential nature and to apply our inner discoveries to daily life.
A deep journey into our inner and outer world.
This is a process of learning and understanding the different dimensions of being alive, where we investigate in-depth the many aspects of being human, by moving through all levels of experience:

A seven modules intense process of exploration and self-discovery.
The TRAINING FOR LIFE is structured in seven modules of five days each. In each module we focus on one energy centre, exploring the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of that centre.
You come out of a module with tools to creatively express and manifest what you have discovered and understood in your everyday life.
The work follows the coherent map of the chakra system and the developmental stages of human consciousness.
The approach is a dynamic balance between scientific understanding and evolutionary spirituality, bringing together new discoveries of neuroscience and meditation practices.
The modules are complete in themselves and can be booked individually.
Only for the 6th and 7th chakras we require the participation in at least one of the previous modules.

Workshops
1. 1st Chakra - Nourishing our Roots
The first chakra is the base of the chakra system and represents the beginning of human consciousness.
It is related to our ancestors and the ground that supports and nourishes us. It is associated with our physical body and its basic needs, with the material world and the element earth. It is related to the pelvic floor, genitals, base of spine, legs, feet and to our flesh and bones.
In this workshop, we connect with our roots and our instincts as a way to open our vitality, physical strength and sense of grounding.
We will make an evolutionary journey from our reptilian self until our civilized human experience. Through this ancestral journey, we want to meet our capacity to be a fully conscious human being, that can be at the same time highly evolved intellectually and spiritually while being fully present in intelligence of the physical body.
2. 2nd Chakra - Movement, Sensuality, Emotional Flow, and Connection
The essence of the second chakra is movement and connection, and the fluidity of the element "water". It is related to the lower belly and sacral plexus, and its themes are emotional identity, pleasure, and sexuality.
In this center, we enter the world of human relations, the sense of belonging and the connection with our tribal soul. This is a space of healing and nourishment where we open the rich dimension of our feelings, emotions, and desires.
In this workshop we will dive together into the juicy, feminine, sensuous and rich landscape of the second chakra, exploring the awakening of our senses and the aliveness of our fluid body. In this space we connect with our innate love for being in touch with ourselves from inside, going with the flow and coming together with others.
We will bring awareness to the way we interact with each other and will explore the spontaneous and joyful atmosphere of the belly, using sounds, movement, and dance.
3. Women’s Circle: Awakened Feminine Training – introduction to Komala’s training for women
(An introduction to the women’s training with Komala)
In this workshop, women are invited to come together as sisters and friends, and together invoke and embody the loving, sensuous and ecstatic qualities of the female goddesses, opening the natural juicy flow of our feminine energy.
We will taste the natural strength and sensuality in the temple of our pelvis and womb, and the welcoming, loving qualities in the temple of our hearts and breasts, experiencing our bodies and sexual energy as expressions of divinity.
Breathing, moving, dancing, singing, we support each other to wake up our sacred temples and to celebrate the power of feminine bliss and playfulness, entering our bodies as carriers of pleasure and beauty that comes from inside out.
The feminine mystic is a woman who is in touch with her body, her sensuousness, and sexuality. She loves to share with others, and she is at home in her heart and emotions, she brings these gifts into her creativity and the wisdom of her soul.
4. Opening Your Voice – Tantric journey through seven energy centers in your body
This is an invitation to taste the power and the pleasure of your natural singing voice.
In this workshop, we will explore different ranges of sounds coming from the seven energy centers in the body, as a way to open, connect and express our feelings and our inner reality, through spontaneous singing.
The exploration goes from the lowest sounds related to physical strength and vitality in the first chakra, to the emotional expressions and sensuality in the belly, to power and joy in the solar plexus, to the gentle sounds of love and openness in the heart, to the creative space of the throat, to the high frequency of awareness in the 6th chakra, up to the highest and silent vibration of the seventh chakra.
Evening Ritual:
The Circle Of Light
The circle of light is a magnetic movement that arises between a man and a woman when their masculine and feminine energy flow between the female heart and the male sex center in synchronicity.
In this ritual we will use different movements of breath, meeting each other in masculine and feminine ways, to playfully warm up our energy and wake up the heart and sex center and prepare for the meditation.
In the Circle of Light meditation, we use conscious interactive breathing movements to circulate energy between you and your partner, between the sex center and the heart, creating a circle of light, where you meet and flow with one another, and may completely merge in an experience of oneness, the so-called Unio-Mystica.
