FESTIVAL TERMS & GENERAL INFORMATION
- The organizer of the Festival is the Centre of Personal Development "Here & Now", (Nowe Kawkowo 52 A, 11-042 Jonkowo), represented by Maja Wołosiewicz-Towalska and Jacek Towalski.
- These regulations apply to the area where the Festival takes place on July 2-7, 2024.
- Only adults are allowed to participate in the festival.
- Due to the format of the Festival, there is a rule not to bring or consume alcoholic beverages, any stimulants or mind-altering substances.
- Classes are held simultaneously in 3 or 4 rooms within a radius of 300 m from the Center.
- The organizer offers free, unguarded parking places for the cars.
- The organizer is not responsible for parking vehicles or for the items stored in them.
- Due to the presence of our pets in the Center, guests are prohibited from bringing their own pets.
- On the Festival grounds, smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- For safety reasons, participants are not allowed to prepare their own hot meals (using their own gas cylinders and lighting fires is prohibited).
- Due to the location of the Center in the forest, the danger of fire and strict fire protection regulations, it is prohibited to light fires in the Festival area.
- The Center's campsite is equipped with sanitary points and showers with hot and cold water.
- Mobile phone coverage within the Center: limited coverage.
- A wireless Internet network (WiFi) is available in all buildings of the Center.
- The Festival area is approximately 2 km from the nearest village store.
- The festival is Holidays, so we want to celebrate it also through unusual costumes. We suggest you bring both unusual and comfortable clothes. Also take drums, rattles, etc.
- Individuals participating in the Festival take full responsibility for the state of their physical and mental health, both in class as well as between them.
- Persons under psychiatric treatment and those who recently survived an emotional crisis or are depressed should consult their doctor or psychotherapist regarding the participation in the activities of the Festival.
- Festival organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences of failure to comply with the above indications.
- You take the responsibility for your well-being during the Festival, and it is your decision to decide which workshop to attend.
- You are also responsible for your behaviour towards all participants during the Festival. We expect you to show respect for others, and truthfulness and openness during the process of the workshop. When registering to the Festival, you will also have to accept the Shamanic Festival Terms and Conditions.
- During the Festival, together we create a safe space to explore ourselves. You can always choose not to participate in the events to which you do not feel convinced!
- Registration to participate in the Festival is equal to acknowledging and accepting the above conditions of participation and the Terms & Conditions of the Center.
- During the Festival, our accredited photographers and videographers will take photos and record videos throughout the duration of the Festival. Participation in the Festival also constitutes consent to taking photos and recording videos that may be used for presentation and promotion of the Festival.
