Komala Amorim Sunder
Komala is born in Brazil and lived for twenty years in India, working as a therapist and facilitator at the Osho International Meditation Resort. Now she lives in Austria and travels around the world sharing her work.
Many years of meditation practice, self- inquiry and singing skills, combined with the exploration of the traditions of Tantra, Zen, Sufism, Taoism, Healing Arts and contemporary teachings about the human mind and heart is the base of her work.
Komala is graduated in Art Education and has training in trans-personal and meditative therapies, self-development techniques and body-work as: Hara Awareness Massage®; Cranio Sacral Balancing®, Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine), Voicing®, Die Before you Die; Awareness Intensive, Satori; Primal therapy and Sexual De-conditioning, Essence Work and Chakra Balancing, Tai-Chi and Chi-Kung.
Komala has developed various courses for women and a seven months training "The Awakened Feminine". Together with her Partner Khushru Gregor Steinmaurer, they created the course "Sexuality, Love and Relationship", the "Loving Relationship for couples" retreat, and the two years chakra training, the "Training for Life".
Her work has been influenced by teachings on Sexuality and male-female polarity from David Deida; Conscious Living and Dying from Stephen Levine; Voice Dialogue from Hal and Sidra Stone; Transparent Communication from Thomas Hübl.
Gregor Khushru Steinmaurer
Systemic Therapist, Traumatherapist (Somatic Experiencing®), Psychosocial Counsellor (Dipl. LSB, Austria), Coach and Facilitator. Lives in Austria, works in private practice und leads workshops and trainings internationally since more 10 years. Trained in a variety of methods and therapeutic modalities, such as: Systemic Family Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Family Constellation, NLP,
Bodywork, Primal Therapy. Additional Trainings in Traumatherapy with Marianne Bentzen (Neuroaffective Therapy), Maggie Phillips (Ego-State Therapy) and others. Long-term intensive exploration and practice of different spiritual traditions, Psychotherapy, Bodywork. Since more than 15 years regular practice of Meditation and Martial Arts. Leads workshops and trainings together with his wife Komala Amorim.
Special interest in the further development of collective healing oriented processes at the intersection of trauma, mysticism and integral development.
He has been learning and working with a variety of eastern and western methods such as: Awareness Intensives, Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Zen Counseling and Gestalt, Bodywork and Massage Therapies, Energy Reading, NLP, Primal Therapy and Trauma healing (Somatic Experiencing ®). He is working internationally leading workshops focusing on the integration of meditation, therapy and new approaches to healing into a modern form of Spirituality. Gregor is also working together with his partner Komala Amorim on Male/Female Polarity, Relationships, and longer Trainings as the “Training for Life”. An important element is working with men in seminars and longer trainings, supporting an awakened and conscious masculinity in men.
