We invite you to an extraordinary workshop of Family Constellations and Systemic Constellations according to the method of Bert Hellinger, facilitated by an international teacher and therapist with over 20 years of experience - Liza Martin. Join us to learn how our connection to the ancestors and family bonds affect the quality of our lives - as reflected in our health, relationships, work and career. We live our life, believing that the way we relate with others is the act of  our free will. Yes, partly it is. But very often we unconsciously just play out hidden patterns held in our Family System and Childhood Conditioning  projecting on others our traumas and needs.  During this workshop we’ll uncover the hidden drives behind our relationships. We'll use a powerful combination of Family Constellation, Trauma healing and Tantra work with 3 golden keys of working with energy - Movement, Breath and Sound - to help you let go of blockages held in your Family System as well as your Personal Childhood Conditioning, that hold you back from being the authentic you. Energy blockages are stored at the subconscious level, causing you the inability to see the issue and to overcome it with your Conscious mind. When we find energy blockages that create your behaviour and affect the way you relate, we can actually HEAL the root causes within your family structure and belief systems that are holding you back. In addition to it, you’ll be given a body, energy and emotional experience of an energy matrix behind a harmonious relationship Once this experience is in your system, you simply know what it is that you are looking for.

During this workshop you will be guided to:

BRING TO LIGHT - I use the Family Constellation method to find an energy blockage in your family system. Energy blockage is stored at the subconscious level, causing you the inability to see the issue and to overcome it with your Conscious mind. When we find energy blockages that create your behaviour and affect the way you live your life, we can actually HEAL the root causes within your family structure, belief systems, karmic energetic patterns, and imposed expectations that are holding you back.

ACKNOWLEDGE - Energy blockage has its power over you when it stays at a subconscious level. It’s ruling your life, making you behave the way it programmes you to behave. Once we find it and bring it to the light of the Conscious mind, and you acknowledge it, the energy blockage loses its power and you gain the freedom of choice.

RELEASE - After energy blockage is brought to the Conscious level and acknowledged, I use Trauma Healing, Breath and Active Meditations, combined with 3 Golden Keys of working with Energy; Movement, Breath, Sound. This healing method releases stuck and frozen energy throughout your body.

REWIRE - Once the energy blockage is released out of your system, I’ll apply the revolutionary 'Feeling Based Prayer' method, allowing you to re-regulate your nervous system, rewire your brain at the subconscious level and experience brain-heart coherence.

What are Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a healing process that explores how hidden dynamics in our family system can influence our thoughts, feelings, relationships and even health issues. Constellations are models of the family system that reveal how experiences of the past can dominate our present. Often without being aware, we are reliving the suffering of our ancestors. In Family Constellations we connect to our immediate family as well as ancestors through a field of energy that allows us to discover the truth behind shame, guilt, trauma, mental illness, disease, and the damaging effects of violence, war, immigration and more. We can begin to see how the past gets in the way of love, wealth, success, healthy marriage and our inner happiness. Family Constellations can also help us understand our relationship with our parents and its ongoing effect on our life.

A powerful insight of Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, is that each family system has natural laws that keep the family in balance and allow love to flow. In family systems where these laws are violated, shame, guilt, rage or trauma can become normal to the family members.

One of the most important natural laws is that all members of a family system belong and must have a place. If someone in the system is not given a place, then younger members can become "entangled" with the issues surrounding the one who is excluded or even take on the excluded member’s difficult fate. This is particularly true with ancestors who have been forgotten or shunned or become a secret. These unconscious entanglements are behind most of the issues that are explored in Family Constellations.

Releasing these entanglements can free us to live our own life and often help to restore balance and love to the family system and perhaps our greater communities. This release can help clarify what must be seen, what can be left behind and what we can honor in a different way so that our lives move forward in a good and healthy direction.

Trauma Healing

Trauma resolution does not require the traumatized person to re-tell or re-live the traumatic event. Instead, it offers the opportunity to engage, complete, and resolve – in a slow and supported way – the body`s instinctual fight, flight and freeze responses. Individuals locked in anxiety or rage then relax into a growing sense of peace and safety.

Those stuck in depression gradually find their feelings of hopelessness and numbness transformed into empowerment, triumph, and mastery. SE trauma resolution catalyzes corrective bodily experiences that contradict those of fear and helplessness. This resets the nervous system, restores inner balance, enhances resilience to stress, and increases people`s vitality, equanimity, and capacity to actively engage in life.
