We invite you to the second module of a 3-step extremely intense and transforming shamanic-tantric workshop. Each module is independent and you can take part in any chosen part. It combines academic knowledge, practical experience and ancient practices. Rituals involve the following Shamanic roots and tribal traditions: Olmec, Aztec, Balinese, Dravidian, Siberian, Philippines and Mayan.

This retreat is open to anyone interested, but is especially recommended for people who have already had experience in both fields – tantra and shamanism, as well as for people who work professionally in these areas as therapists, sexologists, tantricas, healers or masseurs.

Workshop will be led by Shamanism and Tantrism expert Anand Rudra - founder of the True Tantra School, son of a Mexican shaman, grandson of the healer of Mexican Yaqui Indians. Anand studied and practiced shamanism, tantra, symbolism, rituals and sacred geometry for many years. In his teaching he combines tantric-shamanism, symbolism and ritualism of North and South America, Tantric-Shaman Resonance Theory, the practice of ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga and Tantra Kaula Yoga, esoteric and hermeneutic studies of Tantra Rituals and body energy.

According to Ananda Rudra, tantra is understood as a vibration of sexual energy leading through breath and body to consciousness and superconsciousness, Supra Nature and Supra Consciousness. Tantra and shamanism are ways of healing and development aimed at elevating consciousness.

Both paths are based on 3 dimensions: the physical body; the astral body and the causal body. Science and Nature, shamanism and tantra meet halfway. Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. Sacred sexuality is one of the main aspects and tools that Tantric Shamanism uses to heal, to connect with the universe, and to develop communication with Supra-conscience (responsibility for all Existence) and the Supra-Nature.

MODULE II : INTENSIVE PRACTISE OF PRIMAL SHAMANISM AND TANTRA. CONNECTION WITH ELEMENTALS (EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR, ETHER), COSMOGONY, TENGERISM, TANTRA KRIYA YOGA, TEMAZCAL.

During this is intensive workshop we will use ancient rites from Tantra and Shamanism, we will connect with elementals (energy beings that embody the elements of fire, air, earth and water). These practices will open the cosmic dialogue to the universe – from the microcosmos to the macrocosmos. Tantra & Shamanism can elevate our consciousness & work in 3 dimensions: the physical body, the astral body and the causal body.

The techniques from Ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga (TKY) will be used to transcend blockages & prepare the body for the Supra- Conscious, but at the same time to connect to the elementals outside and within.

Tantra Krija Joga is based on 5 sacred disciplines:

• Prana – using ancient breathing techniques to remove blockages and transcend the material plane.
• Yoga – connecting body-energy-conscious states through dynamic asanas.
• Meditation - absence of the mind but also the focus of intention can be an amazing tool to embrace a Journey.
• Ritualism - a sacred act in connection with true being, expressed as elements of the physical and metaphysical worlds. And Sacred Sexuality as a very intense tool to heal within ourselves but also as a mean to connect with the elementals, the universe and our supra-consciousness.

In this training we will explore the power, knowledge and experience of sexual energy, ritualism, and embodied shraman practices and where they can take us. The objective is to share the two methods and techniques within them, learn about TantricShamanic technology & Tengerism (shamanic belief system regarding interconnections and sacred Supra-nature; which combines elements of shamanism, animism, totemism, polytheism and ancestor worship, as well as monotheistic elements, such as the cult of the "Great Heaven").

COSMIC DIALOGUE & THE ELEMENTALS

ELEMENTALS

Through tantric (chakras) & shamanic (elementals) rituals and experiences, we will heighten the energetic frequency, connect to the elementals and our Source Origin. We will hereby acknowledge the ancient ways to connect with the Supra-Conscious, our Source Being. We will explore the 5 elements by using the natural surroundings in rites of passage, a gateway from our old self to Omnipresence. We will get to know the traditions from the tribal families of the Dravidians, Mayas, Aztecs, and Balinese. On each day we will move from the lower chakras to the higher ones:

EARTH (ROOT CHAKRA)

The womb of the human being, our roots and our sexual being. By using sticks, the base of the Mother Earth, and flowers we will learn how to build a Temazcal (Mexican Sweat Lodge). We will reconnect with grounded self and consecrate the earth. We will learn how to do a Healing Vaporization Ritual (vaporization - smokeless inhalation of herbs, when the herbs are heated to the appropriate temperature and they release active substances).We will connect to our sacred womb. We will use plants to release and embody psychic traits symbolized in the nature.

WATER (SACRAL CHAKRA)

Our emotional body & intimate self, the movement of co-creation and the power to act. We will connect with the energy of the Sea Waters of Mon Island, we will do a water dance and spiritual baptism to cleanse & rejuvenate into our nature but also as sharamans. We will do a Sacral Breathwork to awaken the 2nd chakra and the sexual energy to reach Catharsis (purification of emotions) and to connect to the whole body. To finish this amazing day we will consecrate the ancient massage of Jambira Pindas Sveda and we will give to our body a subtle massage with healing herbs.

JAMBIRA PINDAS SVEDA Massage - balances mind, body and soul; combines a relaxing massage with the therapeutic power of herbal medicine and aromatherapy. Pindas are naturally prepared aromatic and healing herbs, mixed with essential oils, hand wrapped in a material in the form of a pouch, and heated. Pressure on the body exerted by purses causes therapeutic effects, activating the chakras at the energy and physical levels. Stimulates circulation, improves lymph circulation and creates a state of relaxation. It has soothing, moisturizing and detoxifying effect.

FIRE (MANIPURA CHAKRA)

When matter (earth element), movement & prana are combined, it creates fire, our personal power. By using Kersai massage we will remove blockages in stomach and genital areas, by enriching the massage with the Ritual of the Cosmic Dialogue, we will invite the Cosmos inside to do a transformation in that chakra.

In the evening we will lead a Puja - Fire Ceremony combined with Tantra Kriya Yoga.

AIR (HEARTH CHAKRA)

The unifying chakra, bringing the lower sexual energies to the heart and beyond. Our experience of nurturing and love – the spaciousness of air. We will create a ritual of collaboration using Tobacco Ceremony and the Temazcal. Using massage we will transform sexual energies from earthly pleasures into heightened awareness and Orgasmic Bliss.

ETHER (VISSUDHA CHAKRA)

Expression and resonance, spiritual karma and Akasha (spaciousness) - the etheric body. Mahamudra Rite as a gateway to the Soul. Cobra Breathing and specialized Tantra Kriya Yoga techniques to prepare body for the Supra-Conscious.

Start to walk the path of the Sacred Wisdom and awake!!!

All these rites and rituals will have an introduction within theory framework, and we will experience them in a safe space, in an environment based on well-established knowledge. The overall program is adapted to the group's process, energy and knowledge.

  • Nadi - channel networks through which energy flows through the body.
  • Talas - energy distribution centres in the body.
  • Marma - exposed or sensitive part of the body (at the intersection of veins, muscles, joints, bones, ligaments or tendons). These points are considered as life points because they are saturated with the prana (life force energy) and are influenced by consciousness. Marma points can be activated by touch or massage, and their violation can be life-threatening.

Preparation for workshop:

• It is important to prepare the body well, a detox with a healthy diet is recommended - recommendations will be sent one month before the workshop.
• 3 weeks before a workshop practice satya kriyas twice (descriptions of breathing exercises will be sent one month before the workshop).
• Complete a questionnaire that will be provided before the workshop.
