Opis
During the process you will go back in time, step by step, to particular periods of childhood, recovering lost parts of yourself along the way.
You will experience the rules and roles that have been imposed on you by your surroundings and understand how they have shaped your personality. You will receive support in expressing and releasing old emotions, that have blocked the flow of vitality in your body. You will explore your family system with understanding and compassion, closing what has not yet been completed. Healing the roots will help you to regain your potential, enjoy the lightness and freedom of being, which are possible when old loads are dissolved.
Primal is making peace with your past, as well as meeting life with open eyes and open heart. To make peace, we need to recognize the wounds first. The wounds, that are bringing in unconscious behaviour. Those which constantly trigger us, even now in our adult life.
Our inner child, still feels unheard, unloved and not respected. So now as adults, we need to meet this child. We need to notice his wounds and help him with full expression of all emotions, that have not been yet expressed.
When we love and see our inner child, all the abundance of his essence, naturalness and life energy comes back to us.
A real transformation is possible, when our integrity is recovered: we can look at ourselves and at other people of our past in a new way: with understanding, compassion and deep humanity. We become truly free.

Participants will be asked to refrain from contact with the outside world, during the whole time of the workshop.

Premartha and Svarup have been traveling companions forever. They have been working together in the Osho world for thirty years. Their passion and specialization is the Primal Therapy area, emotional healing, sexual transformation and working with the inner Essence.
They inspire creativity, courage and trust in life, with love. Their work is successful both in the internal and external world.
Their unique approach to teaching, which grew from their common passion, is called DWIJA-TWICE BORN - a multi-colored journey through various groups, workshops and trainings.
Together, they wrote a book about their work: "TWICE BORN-Healing the Past-Creating a New Future" ("Repeated birth - healing the past - creating a new future"),
Workshops in 2021 in Poland will be lead by Svarup.
