and innate natural masculinity !!

How to be a real man nowadays?
Do we know our most important goals in life? What is the essence of a man's life?
What is my internal male self-authority?
How to become a man who is present and aware of his body, mind and feelings?
How to become a confident man who consciously creates space and relationships
around him on his terms?

We invite to this workshop men who feel the potential of Masculinity within themselves, but the determinants of the modern world, the lack of patterns or support make it difficult for them to realize how to become a complete, fully satisfied man. Nowadays men often lose connection with nature and natural features of men's energy. When dealing with the challenges of modern society, which creates tension, stress, constant competition, chronic fatigue, burnout, impotence, violence, energy declines and isolation, we sometimes lose the sense of clarity of our role and what we care about in life.

More and more questions about masculinity arise - "What masculinity means nowadays?" How it manifests itself ...? What a real man should be like? What is the male authority? We observe stronger and stronger swinging between strength and aggression, between sensitivity and withdrawal, altruism and selfishness. One thing that seems certain today is that today's world puts different expectations against man than before, which we, men, try to meet as a husband, partner, father, man of success ... With varying results.

You feel that your masculinity is blocked, which affects relationships with other men, women, and finally with yourself. You feel a need to change it. Do you want a mature man to wake up in you, for whom strength and delicacy, consistency and sensitivity, corporality and spirituality are complementary, and do not stand on opposite poles. You need to go through "initiation", understand mechanisms, learn methods, feel support, find strength in yourself.

As men we long for more fulfilling lives with more freedom, success, a greater impact in life and living life from our own inner authority – expressing our authentic Power and doing what our masculine heart calls us to do. But we also know, that very often we fall short of these wonderful visions – We stay small or afraid, we hurt ourselves or others, and we get trapped in
a life of comfort and security, or pretend to be more invulnerable and capable than we really are.

This intensive is a space for men who feel the call and the hunger to be deeply alive, find their real impact in life and have meaningful connections with both men and women. It´s an invitation into a journey for reclaiming our authentic source of strength, power and natural authority as a Man – which means to really Grow Up and Wake Up to our full potential as Men!

This intensive and residential workshop provides a safe, supportive and challenging environment for us, to take the next step in this journey of growing up from boys to men – awakening to the hero of our modern times.

This new hero is a powerful new paradigm, a man that is both emotionally mature and at the same time in touch with his full Strength. He is simultaneously at home in the world of feelings and in sensing und using his instinctual power of a male body and mind.

We all carry this capacity in us, but we also know that growing up sometimes is really hard and difficult. Most of us have been raised and influenced more by mothers, often with very absent (physically or emotionally) fathers, and with a big lack of healthy role models that could have taught us how to live as a man with strength, integrity and passion.

This intensive workshop is for you, if you:

• Feel the hunger to become more alive, free and connected
• Want to awaken your authentic source of strength, power and self-authority as a Man
• Sometimes feel that you live a too small life, and long for real impact in life
• Want to learn how to relate in a new way, to yourself as well as other men and women

• Want to learn how to use your body as a direct expression of your Strength and Wisdom
• Want to get an honest perspective on your strength and challenges as a man
• Want to reclaim your Dignity as a Man
• Feel the need for healing in your inner boy, in order to really grow into a full Mature Adult Man
• Want to forge new relationships and supportive friendship with other men
• Learn how to really grow through giving and receiving feedback in a supportive way
• Longing to live from a higher Purpose and in contact with a Transpersonal Dimension in your daily life

In this Intensive we create together an atmosphere that we would have needed in our childhood and teenage years, in order to fully complete this transition into our adult power and responsibility. Together with other courageous men, we find the support we need, and at the same time the healthy challenge that enhances our growth into a full awakening as men.

Through the group and the other men, you will get a real reflection of where you are standing, what is your personal vision and what are the patterns and habits that hold you back from fully stepping into your masculine energy, so that you can show up more fully as a man in your life in all dimensions – relationships, sexuality, business, career, vocation and spirituality.

In this journey we will work and go through the collective wisdom of the stages of Growing Up, moving from Childhood to Teenage to Adulthood to Wisdom.

This Seminar is residential and intensive – In order to make the most of it, it´s advised to minimize your communication (phone, mail etc..) with the outside world to a minimum, or totally switch off during the time of the Retreat.

We also invite you to a basic module of the advanced workshops for men with Gregor, which is deducted to awakening of the Masculinity and will take place  in Warsaw 13-14 April 2019!

Further advanced modules will happen periodically and can be attended in any order.
