Throughout the ages, we men, have met together forming a powerful energy with unique qualities of outer expansion and creation. Now the opportunity is through a meeting of men to expand within oneself. When we are connected with our male energy in a natural way, it allows us to explore the qualities of being rooted in our bodies and in our life energy. This brings a natural expression of our emotions, opening the space to follow the impulses of adventure into whatever life offers.

The Natural Man process consists of three modules each one of them addressing different challenges that men are facing in the modern way of life and society. In each one of them we create a space of trust and safety, which allows to explore issues needing our attention and heal whatever was missing or not completed in our path of becoming a man.

A JOURNEY INTO THE ARCHETYPES. COMING OUT OF THE SHADOWS

In this module we will also introduce and work with the male archetypes. Archetypes offer the possibility to understand, experience and embody the crystalized essence of particular expressions of male energy. They are a point of reference to become aware of the possible shadows we may have in our own expression of male energy in day to day life. The Archetypes will show us how the energy that is contained in each of them: The King, the Magician, the Warrior and the Lover can be expressed from its positive qualities or in an unbalanced ‘negative’ way. These unconscious parts are what we call the shadow, the “negative” expression of the qualities hidden in each of us as men.

Working with the power of the archetypes, these shadows, these unconscious parts, can finally be seen, integrated, accepted and loved. As archetypal male forms are part of our collective, in their natural balanced expression, they can offer a great resource and invitation to our own natural balanced expression, opening new horizons beyond the limitations of the past. As a result, we will access to the healing qualities of the brotherhood.  Cooperation, connection, support, friendship; a new adventure, a new way of living and relating.

Many of the circumstances that we experience in our daily life regarding to the inner and outer relationships, sex life, family and health, has its roots in the way that we received the transmission of male energy from our father's side, from the systemic heritage trauma of our family.

We are living a crucial moment in the human evolution and is time for men to get together, to understand and to take responsibility of the way that we express our manliness in the collective, in the society, in our relationships.

Our society in many levels, is reflecting the twisted legacy we got as a man. Having a look into this dynamics, we may realize that the sexual and physical abuse woman is suffering from man, the war all over around the world, the lack of sensitivity about nature, the system itself that promotes the individual success versus the collective support are some of the consequences of the lack of healthy references and a clear transmission of what it means to be a man.

The so called patriarchy is often only a twisted way of the natural expression of male energy, but there are many other ways that need to be explored and experienced.

Methodology

This process brings together different techniques and methods such as bioenergetics, breath work, roll play, transsomatic dialogue, psychodrama, trauma healing, while at the same time expands and find roots in active meditations.

These methods and techniques will guide us into the process of transformation, allowing us to develop an inner space, an atmosphere from where the new man can grow into a new life.
