This workshop combines Tantra and Shamanism to give you an intense life-changing experience. You will discover the abilities of tantra to bring harmony, happiness, love and joy to your life, and of shamanism to ground your roots, connect with the Spirit, heal and let your soul fly. It is a transformative journey that gives the tools for your daily path towards a higher consciousness.

We are all born free and happy, spontaneous and innocent, in harmony with ourselves and the nature, as amazing loving human beings. Then, along our lives the social system added more and more conditionings, adapting us to the lifestyle of our society, at the expenses of our freedom and ability to love. This unnatural process creates deep unbalances, bringing us far from our real beings.  You can imagine yourself as a human being surrounded by several layers, that prevent you to express your real self. Tantra and Shamanism allow to remove all these barriers, giving you the gift to experience and become your inner divine nature.

Both Tantra and Shamanism are paths to liberate you from the chains of the ego, that is the protection system developed through our whole life to avoid to repeat negative past experiences, preventing at the same time to enjoy in freedom the new positive ones.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

• reclaim back your divine nature;
• ground your roots;
• connect to the universal Spirit;
• move into a joyful vital flow;
• find your healthy sexual flow;
• build trusting and nourishing relationships;
• bring consciousness to your conditioning patterns;
• express your emotional state;
• balance your Chakra system;

During the workshop you will participate to these powerful rituals:

• Ritual Trance Dance: dance in the dark to find you inner light;
• Sacred Cacao Ceremony: connect with the sacred plant and find your answers;
• Fire Ritual: learn to let go;
• Soul Hunting Ritual: bring back lost pieces of your soul.

We provide a safe and loving space to experiment and express freely yourself, building relationships based on trust and respect. Using rituals, meditations, dances, exercises and massages, we will do a journey, at the same time deep and playful, into our inner self.

We will practice active meditations coming from Osho teachings, they are the magical keys to open your full potential. Rituals will bring us in a space of deep presence, allowing the magic to happen. Conscious touch and massages will bring meditative awareness and help the flow of energy through the chakra system. In this deep experiences you will explore the path from your most secret instincts to the bliss of the existence.

You will work individually, in couples, and in group. There are no sexual interactions. There is (optional) nudity in some activities.

During the free time, the teachers will be available for personal and couple coaching, to give the best possible support to your process.

The group is open to everybody, singles and couples, beginners and experts. Participants in couple will always have the choice to work with the partner.

Trance Dance

A wonderful journey inside the hidden consciousness.

Dance in the dark to shed light on yourself, on the totality of your being, on your life!

Ritual Trance Dance is a neoshamanic ritual that energizes and reconnects body and soul, opening unknown inner spaces, bringing clarity, new visions and revelations in one own life, and connecting with the rhythm of the Spirit.

Everybody can practice Trance Dance, there are no steps to follow, the dance is totally free and anonymous, because nobody looks the others dancing. Every dancer connects with his own intention, covers the eyes with the bandana, and opens the vision to the other senses. We energize and prepare for the ritual using the so-called Breath of Fire (a breathing technique), and then let the music move the body... and the soul... Surfing the waves of the music, we dance exploring our own inner world. The Trance Dance allows an inner journey, beyond space and time, accessing deep and hidden levels of consciousness.

The Ritual Trance Dance releases the innate and deepest healing energies, and allows to follow his own hidden rhythm, making more grounded, connected, conscious and present!

The Soul Hunting Ritual

The soul and integrity are synonymous. Soul loss occurs when we experience trauma in life…mental, physical, sexual or emotional. In the situation  when the event stimulates an abrupt and traumatic separation from what we call normal reality, like relationship break-ups, severe substance abuse, loss of loved ones through separation or death, physical illness and acts of violence. This deep emotional fragmentation is the same as soul loss.

Soul Hunting is a contemporary shamanic healing ritual that rejuvenates life energy and the integrity of the soul. Soul Hunts are journeys into the depths of ourselves…. with the ultimate purpose of returning whole and complete (integrity). Through these spiritual journeys we enter states of mind that transcend our normal concepts of mortality, over-riding our ideas of life and death, revealing an ‘inner world’ filled with insights, images and visions that direct us on a path to reconnecting with these damaged pieces of our soul. The definition for death is not reserved only to the loss of life in one’s physical body…. but is also understood to be the ‘separation of the soul’ from the body while still alive. These ‘spiritual deaths’ occur when ‘pieces’ of the soul separates from our bodies due to physical, mental, and emotional disease or trauma.

Commonly referred to as ‘soul retrieval’, our approach to ‘Soul Hunting’ does have unique participatory structures not found in other techniques. Traditionally, soul retrieval is facilitated by a shaman who transports him / herself into a ‘non-linear’ world in search of the damaged soul part of the participant. With Soul Hunting this is also true, and in addition, the recipient of the soul part ‘participates directly’ in visualizing the journey as well, thus the term “hunting”. It is our belief that the ‘dual’ aspect of this approach to Soul Hunting dramatically increases the effectiveness of the ritual. Additionally, the participant is empowered through this profound spiritual connection.

Tantra

Tantra is an inner path of love and consciousness, that brings awareness in yourself and the relationships with others. It is a natural way to live, that, using meditations and ancient well experimented techniques, allows to find your inner harmony and joy of life! Tantra has been developed some thousands of years ago, and recently has been adapted to our modern society. The simple tantric techniques allow you to express your own being and find your inner truth, free from conditioning, free to be yourself! It can be practiced both individually and in a couple. With his approach based on acceptance and awareness, one can rediscover himself and his own being, and learn to transform the negativities into positive and vital energy. Tantra allows to balance and harmonize the chakras, expressing the true male and female essences in a natural way and without the contaminations of society. This let the vital energy flow free and harmonious between the opposite male-female polarities. In this way we access a conscious and fulfilling sexuality, joyful and free from the chains of the ego and the ghosts of the past, opened to ecstasy and bliss. We practice meditations, exercises and rituals, in an atmosphere of deep love and respect, and in a safe space where to experiment and open to the joy of existence.
