Tantra is inner alchemy of aligning and transforming oneself to higher possibilities of life: worm to butterfly, mud to lotus, animal to divine.
Through love and awareness, tantra accepts and transforms raw wild energy into expanded possibilities in sexuality, relation, healing, creativity, clarity and freedom.
Tantra is sensitive meeting and melting of polarities: masculine & feminine, earth & sky, inner & outer, microcosmic & macrocosmic, love & freedom.
WHAT WE WILL LEARN AND EXPERIENCE I THIS RETREAT?
In this lovely meditative journey, we will learn and experience
- Learn and practice awareness exercises, breath work, healing and Tantric Meditations to circulate, expand and transform energy
- Meet and melt masculine & feminine with love and awareness

- Experience being intimate with oneself and with life itself
- Open to the mystery of life … the microcosmic and the macrocosmic through alchemy tools of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Yoga & Inner Science
- Learn practical tools to integrate in daily life for personal, relationship and work

Sure, you can come with any of your family member.
But, focus on your inner journey and give space for your family member to discover their own without any intrusion.

No, come to fully participate and dive in with totality, openness and presence.
WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE?
Typical schedule will start with yoga/meditation activity in the morning and will complete with sensitive space in the late evening with enough time for rest, socializing and relaxation with nature.
IS IT SAFE AND INTIMATE PRACTICES?
Yes, it's a safe, trusting, confidential, supportive and meditative space to heal and expand respecting each one's boundaries. Some practices will be intimate, but no sex involved. Alternate practices will be given with varying levels of intimacy. It’s mainly about being intimate with oneself and with life itself.
IS IT RELIGION BASED PRACTICE?
No, it's not. It's a scientific process based on natural design of our physical and energetic system. Its self-discovering and experiential process. Nothing to believe or follow blindly/ religiously.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Apart from your daily care essentials, loose clothing, white clothing (for specific meditations) also bring your channel of creativity like music, dancing, singing, writing, handicraft.
WHERE CAN I TASTE THE WORKSHOP BEFORE COMMITING FOR A 7 DAYS?
Introductory sessions, giving the taste of the quality of work with Ananda will take place during VII Tantra Festival in 2019 in Nowe Kawkowo, that will take place 28.06-7.07.2019.

Sharing healing sessions over 15 years, professionally trained with international certifications for various forms of healing through body, mind, emotions and energy (Watsu, Aqua wellness, Foot Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Alchemy of Touch - Rebalancing) from key teachers in conscious communities of Osho and Auroville.
Sharing retreats and trainings over 9 years, leaving behind software architect profession for full time heartful sharing across India, Vietnam & Europe. Reminding people to live with essence of love and freedom inside and outside.
