During this training we will learn shamanic and tantric techniques of disarming the body. We will explore different spheres in the physical and emotional area and some somas (physical aspects) regarding energy.

To understand the de-arming process, we must begin by discovering the common ground between shamanism and tantra. This can be represented by two of the seven universal laws that govern the universe:

• Law “As above, as below” – it is understanding that we have a whole, complete Universe within us that connects us to everything outside of ourselves. It is understanding and believing in the relationship between your individuality (you as the universe) and reconciling it with everything external.

• Law of Resonance– says that everything has its own vibration that provides energy, and this energy manifests itself in the form of a given frequency. For this reason, when the vibration and frequency begin to merge, resonance occurs.

The shaman's role is to create order out of disorder and to invite healing, purification, and embedding of the soul into the world. In a reality where there is disorder, toxicity and maladjustment to life, thinking, feeling and existence.

In Shamanism we resonate with the basic elementals that gives life to everything and every one. Fire, water, air, earth and ether; the same is applied to Tantra and Taoist arts.

Thanks to tantra, we understand that the energy of our life force runs in the subtle system of our body, which is closely connected with our psyche, behavior, biology and, above all, with us as beings on a spiritual journey. The chakras, nadis, thalas, marmas and grantis are the main energy structures in our body.

Both shamanism and tantra recognize that our body manifests itself on multiple levels, which are called bodies - physical, energetic, emotional (mind), causal (spirit and soul), and esoteric (psychic).

Tantra and shamanism are connected to our bodily structures, and their main purpose is to soften, unlock, restore and transmute various aspects of our existence: from physical to emotional and spiritual.

The workshop is conducted by Anand Rudra - son of a Mexican shaman, grandson of a Mexican Yaqui Indians healer. In his knowledge, he combines academic knowledge, practical experience and ancient practices. Rituals include tribal traditions: Olmecs, Aztecs, Balinese, Dravidians, Siberians, Filipinos and Mayans. For many years he studied and practiced shamanism, tantra, symbolism, rituals and sacred geometry. In his teaching, he combines tantric shamanism, symbolism and ritualism of North and South America, Tantric-Shamanic Resonance Theory, ancient practices of Tantra Kriya Yoga and Tantra Kaula Yoga, esoteric and hermeneutic studies of Tantra rituals and body energy.

According to Ananda Rudra, tantra is understood as the vibration of sexual energy leading through the breath and body, to consciousness and superconsciousness, Supra Nature and Supra Consciousness. And tantra and shamanism are ways of healing and development aimed at raising consciousness. Both paths are based on 3 dimensions: the physical body; the astral body and the causal body. Science and Nature, shamanism and tantra meet halfway.

Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. Sacred sexuality is one of the main aspects and tools that tantric shamanism uses to heal, connect with the universe and develop communication with Supra-conscience (responsibility for all Existence) and Supra-Nature.

What is De-armouring?

According to different metacultures within Shamanism, we as human beings, when we are born into our present existence, immediately begin to protect ourselves and armor ourselves at various levels of our body - physical, emotional, mental and of course spiritual.

There is also the belief that heavy, dense energy that comes from ourselves or from third ones can stay and settle in our body.

In the 1970s, various universities in the United States introduced the approach and developed the work of " De-armouring the body" through various shamanic methods, including medicine, breathwork, and physical relaxation of the muscular system.

Shamanic De-armouring in the form of primitive massage and bone healing was already empowering in the cultures of our ancestors

Later, its development took place, and this allowed it to be incorporated into more structured and formal medical systems such as:

• Cedic medicine,
• Siddha medicine with acupressure and digital marmic liberation and stimulations (part of Tibetan medicine),
• Chinese medicine.

All were methods to incorporate shamanic de-armouring as part of medical practice.

During this workshop you will learn:

1. Tantra and its anatomy

Tantra in a holistic approach. The purpose of tantra within a holistic practice? What is Kaula Tantra?

2. Concepts of prana, the source and movement of energy on the body and bodies

Prana fields: electric (static and dynamic), magnetic, sacred energy.

How to work with body tantra?

• Subtle Channels: Chi or Pranic;
• Body Channels: Kunda; sexual channels; sacred channels.

3. The Subtle System in terms of Kaul

• The center of the body;
• Chakra system (how many and where);
• Nadis & Talas (Vayu Nadi massage) - 14 main channels;
• Marma & Granthis (Kaula Marma massage).

4. Theories and methodological frameworks

Schools that develop the knowledge around the marmas & nadis Ajurweda;

• Ajurweda
• Cashmere;
• Tibetan;
• Kaula;
• The theory of correlation and vibration of energy (tantric pranayama meditation);
• Theory of Resonance
• Theory of coherence (how to get in touch with it?).

5. Energy and the law of thermodynamics. Sexual energy and orgasm.

• Sankhya philosophy forming the basis of Marmani;
• The concept of manas and buddhi in Marmas;
• The idea behind Marma and Nadi;
• Nadis and connection to our body, with marmas, talas and grantthis;
• 14 main nadis connected to the two main centers - heart and kanda;
• Blockages on marmas, nadis and energy flow in our bodies;
• The modern concept of Reich applied to our body;
• Modern concept of armor on the physical body.

6. Techniques and practical exercises

• Pranayams to review and unblock the main nadis;
• Naropa and Vayu Massage on the nadis;
• Kaula Marma Di armouring on the back and front side of the legs;
• Kama-Marma and its function;
• Conscious high-frequency pranic healing techniques;
• Sexual energy after de-armouring the body;
• Energetical orgasms.

7. Blockages and releasing deep tissue, via marmas & nadis.

• Fascia (the connective tissue) and energy within the body;
• Contracting & Expanding the Body Massage;
• Nervous system and the relation to the SOMATICS.

Primal Shamanic Tantric Certification

A circular-hybrid master training

Anand Rudra, he has being part of an academic arena but also a businessman and personal and political advisor. As part , of a reality in which you need to have serious studies that can give you a very solid base. He decided with the Be.Tantric team to put together a Certification that leads you to be a master of one of the basic areas of shamanism and tantra; the Primal Stages of both practices and sciences.

This training is circular meaning that you can take any of the courses with no previous had taken other one. You do not need to choose the levels. Since the planification is done by Credits or Units. The practitioner level, the apprentice and the Instructor levels are the 3 stages of this program.

If you have already taken courses with Anand in this field in can be compensated them. Each retreat or workshop has a load of curricular content, theory and practices. We tried to design the courses according the European Academic Bologna requirements . Each certification has requirements to have it, each event that you course with TrueTantra or Be.Tantric you get a proof of it (diploma).
