“Fulness of Femininity” is a cycle consisting of four modules. Each of them is dedicated to a different topic and each workshop is complete in itself, and can be attended separately in any sequence.

In this third module “THE FEMININE SHADOW AND THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF THE DARK GODDESSES” supported by the power of our connection and the guidance of love and fierceness of the dark Goddesses we dive deep into our individual and collective feminine shadow, embracing them fully and meeting our negative patterns and behaviors with full love and compassion.

We go into an adventure to get back the potent energies that are trapped in the dark places of our psyche. In our journey we enter the gates of our unconscious, moving through the challenges and obstacles on the way, bringing the light of love and consciousness into the most hidden areas of our selves.

When we face the challenges of our shadow, the dark side of the feminine and her unconscious motivations, we come out from being a victim into an mature and wise woman, and start drinking from the deep well of our natural powers and our embodied essential qualities.

The Dark Goddesses are the carriers of erotic and ecstatic energies that when liberated can move into healthy sexual and sensual interactions as well as into highly creative expressions and spiritual dimensions.

In this module we will:

• Open our hearts for our feelings and emotions.
• Look at the treasures hidden in the dark and move into deeper connection with light.
• Meet the dark and light aspects of the Goddess and female sexuality.
• Enter the shadow of our female psyche with curiosity and love.
• Work with anger and shame about our sexuality, our body and about being a woman.
• Start exploring Arousal and Orgasm, and its connection with controlling mechanisms and letting go.
• Recognize our female cyclic nature of Life – death – rebirth.
• Meet the wild and erotic woman.
• Move deeper into the inquiry about female sexuality.
• Open deep places in the body through breathing practices, movement and sounds.
• Deepen our sense of grounding and our connection with the earth.

“Fulness of Femininity” is a series of  workshops for modern women that wish to take time and space to connect the essence of her heart, to open her natural sensuality and femininity, and to bring it back into her daily life.

In this retreats women come together to create a loving, safe and sacred space for healing, to support each other to enter into deeper intimacy with themselves, with life and with the principle of creation. This is an invitation to return back home – to our body, to our feelings, and to our soul.

You will get in touch and learn how to take care of you needs and longing as a woman, creating space for your natural feminine wisdom and capacity to relate and deal with challenging situations in your daily life - intimate and sexual relationships, marriage, family, friendship, work, creativity, spiritual connection.

In this training we invoke the power of the feminine energy through the Tantric Goddesses, channeling their love and wisdom to guide us through the rich, powerful and challenging universe of our sexual energy.

We open for healing and for deeper intimacy with ourselves, with life and with the principle of creation. The feminine grows in communion, and together we can evoke real awakening and true transformation.

This is an invitation to return back home – to our bodies, to our feelings, and to our soul.

In the „Fullness of Femininity“ cycle we will:

• Call the power and the love in every woman’s womb and heart, bringing fresh aliveness to our bodies and opening to the richness of our emotional energy…
• Explore our sensual and sexual energy as the power of our instinctual nature.
• Bring Healing through the layers of shame, guilt and disconnection that we carry in our bodies and energetic system.
• Practice full embodiment! Experiencing all our feelings, thoughts, and spiritual experiences as body sensations.
• Invoke the alive, loving, and wise presence of the Tantric Goddesses, to guides us to different levels of spiritual connection with our feminine nature.
• With love, awareness, gentleness and curiosity we will meet the shadow aspects of our sexual energy and of being a woman in our complex modern world.
• Bring awareness and light to the connection with our Parents and ancestors and the way it has influenced and programmed our unconscious patterns and beliefs around sexuality, our body, and intimate relationships.
• Create space for understanding and healing the dynamic dance between our feminine and masculine energies.
• The work is embedded in the physiological and psychological understandings of sexual energy, and is rooted in the timeless dimension of meditation and spirituality.

A safe, loving and sacred space …

… where we can open the fire and sensuality in our yoni and our hips, and the love and juice in our breasts, waking up our capacity to sense and feel life all around us.

Together we create a feminine energetic field that holds, supports and nourishes each woman, so that we all can relax and move into deeper connection with ourselves, with other women and with men in our lives.

We will use the map of the chakra system, based on the tantric teachings of sacred sexuality, to guide us into the transformation of our instinctual and natural energy into an ever present life giving fountain of love and awareness.

In our sacred space we bring all our questions, doubts, experiences, competences, understandings, and create a loving and wise circle that function at the same time as a healing force, a therapeutic support and a channel for new information, for new understanding and for integration at individual and collective levels.

The program “Fullness of Femininity” happens in 4 modules where we explore different themes.  Each module is complete in itself and can be attended separately in any sequence. Whenever you complete the whole cycle you will receive a certificate. At the end of each module you will receive a manual with reminders and practices to continue your movement in your daily life.

The workshop will be facilitated by Komala - an embodied and spiritual teacher from Brazil who spent 20 years in India teaching as a therapist at the Osho center in Puna. Now she lives in Austria and travels around the world conducting workshops. In his work she combines meditation, Zen, body work, tantra, Taoism, healing arts and therapeutic work (Somatic Experiencing, Die Before You Die, Intense Consciousness, Primal Therapy and Sexual Deconditioning, Work with Essence and Chakra Balancing, Tai-Chi and Chi-Kung, Conscious Life and Dying by Stephen Levine, Voice Dialogue by Hall and Sidra Stone, Transparent Communication by Thomas Hübl).
