With great pleasure we invite you to Poland to participate in a second edition of the unique journey called the Transformative Path of Breath. This is a powerful developmental training led by Pushan Govind, an international Osho therapist with 13 years of experience in bodywork, breath and meditation.

Through dynamic tensions release approach we will be opening the body, regaining our life energy, enabling more freedom authenticity, joy and love. We will become more conscious, calm, grounded, creative, expressive, open to intimacy and love, enjoying healthy sexuality.

We all come to this life fully open and in resonance with life. But along the way of becoming an adult we adapt to our environment by creating a set of survival mechanisms and a body armour – our personality. It helps us feel safe and function effectively in society but also disconnects us from our true nature. We forget the very pure essence that makes each one of us unique. As a result we often feel frustrated, stressed, empty, disconnected from our body and hearts. We lose our inner power and natural happiness and project it on money, power or other people.

THE JOURNEY

In this training our aim is to move beyond personality patterns, dissolve old tensions, release unexpressed feelings so that we bring our energy from the minds to the body, feel again the free flow of life energy and connect with our true nature. We will achieve this through dearmouring the body segment by segment. Our approach will be dynamic tension release including breathwork, bioenergetics, somatic experience, dynamic meditations, dance and conscious touch.

MODULE 3

In December we will use the transformative power of breath to release tensions from the key body segments (the diaphragm and the pelvis included), we will allow the free flow of energy and we will move to the tantric breath. We will learn a gentle way of breathing, which teaches you how to accept and love yourself and how to experience pleasure. We will deepen the understanding of the transformative path of breath and collect techniques for everyday use, so that you can stay on your own in a supportive healing connection with your wounded child, its survival strategies and your adult resources.
