HOW TO CONNECT WITH THE INTUITIVE GUIDANCE OF THE HEART.
We invite you to an amazing 3-hour on-line workshop, during which we will learn what Heart Intelligence is and how it affects our lives. We will experience the state of Heart Coherence
and the entire Heart/Brain/Body system. We will learn about the latest scientific discoveries of the iconic Heart Math Institute from California, regarding research on heart synchronization and coherence. The workshop will be conducted for the first time in Poland by the President and CEO of the Heart Math Institute – Deborah Rozman.
This short workshop is an introduction to cyclical cooperation with the Heart Math Institute, stationary workshops in Autumn 2023 and planned training for Heart Coherence trainers.
The wokshop will be recorded. It is possible to purchase the workshop and listen to it at another time. Access to the recording will be possible after paying a fee of PLN 350.
The Heart Math Institute has been studying the links between the heart and the brain and the impact of stress and emotions on the heart for years. Recent scientific research shows that the heart has its own brain – a complex nervous system consisting of 40,000 nerve cells identical to those found in the brain. This means that the heart and brain are constantly connected to each other through electromagnetic impulses, transmitting information to each other. And that the first reactions and decisions are made at the level of the heart, not the brain.
Scientists from the Heart Math Institute have proven that the heart has the ability to learn, makes its own decisions and has its own intelligence independent of the brain. Our experiences and experiences are also written in the heart. They also discovered that the human heart produces an electromagnetic field and is 60 times stronger compared to the brain! The field has the shape of a torus, a range of about 3 meters and affects not only the physical body of man, but also his environment.
Research shows that our intelligence and intuition increase as we learn to listen more deeply to our hearts. It is by learning to decipher the messages we receive from our heart that we gain the knowledge we need to effectively manage our emotions. The more we learn to listen to and follow the Intelligence of the heart, the more balanced and coherent our emotions become. Without the guiding influence of the heart, we easily fall prey to negative emotions.
During this workshop:
- You will learn how the basic Power and Intelligence of the Heart can influence better personal and professional achievement.
- How to access the intuitive Intelligence of the Heart to shape our current lives
- and the future.
- You will learn about groundbreaking research on heart/brain synchronization and coherence.
- You will learn science-based techniques and methods of HeartMath to reduce stress, feelings of overwhelm and insecurity, and activate a compassionate heart.
- You will learn why activation of heart consciousness is the next level of human evolution and how to effectively feed the world with the energy of your heart.
- You will learn about the Global Cohesion Initiative – a system of interconnectedness and cohesion on a personal, social and global level, and its importance for our planetary future
Heart intelligence is the flow of awareness, understanding, and intuition that we experience when the mind and emotions are brought into coherent harmony with the heart. It can be discovered and activated through one's own practice. And the more attention we give it when we feel our heart talking to us or leading us, the greater our ability to access this intelligence and guidance more often.
For centuries, it was believed that intelligence, the ability to learn and understand, was a function of the brain. At the same time, in many ancient cultures and religions, the heart was considered the seat of the soul, as well as a source of emotions, courage and wisdom.
Research on the idea of Heart intelligence began to accelerate in the second half of the twentieth century. In the 60's and 70's pioneers of physiology John and Beatrice Lacey conducted research, that have shown that the heart actually communicates with the brain in a way that significantly affects how we perceive and react to the world around us. In 1991, the year the HeartMath Institute was founded, pioneering neurocardiologist Dr J. Andrew Armour introduced the term "heart brain." He said that the heart has a complex and the internal nervous system, which is the brain.
Today, we know much more about the heart:
- The heart sends us emotional and intuitive signals that help govern our lives.
- The heart directs and balances the work of many systems in the body so that they can function in harmony with each other.
- The heart is in constant communication with the brain. The inner brain and nervous system of the heart transmit information back to the brain in the skull, creating a two-way system communication between the heart and the brain.
- The heart makes many of its own decisions.
- The heart begins to beat in the unborn fetus even before the brain is formed, this process the scientists call autorhythmic.
- People create an emotional brain long before a rational one, and a beating heart before any of them.
- The heart has its own independent, complex nervous system called the "brain within the heart."
Two-way communication - Brain and Heart
Most of us were taught in school that the human body, including the heart, constantly responds to "commands" sent by the brain in the form of nerve cell signals. However, it is now known that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain to the heart! What's more, these signals coming from the heart have a significant impact on brain function: they affect the processing of emotions and higher cognitive abilities, such as attention, memory, problem-solving skills. In other words, not only does the heart correspond to the brain, but the brain constantly corresponds to the heart.
For more than 30 years, scientists at the HeartMath Institute Research Center have been studying the physiological mechanisms by which the heart and brain communicate. They discover how heart activity affects our emotions, intuition and health; Why people experience feelings of love and other emotions. How stressful emotions affect the activity of the autonomic nervous system and the endocrine and immune systems. Why positive emotions like compassion are so important to us Why positive emotions like compassion are so important to us and care. Over the years, they have conducted thousands of tests such as EEG (brain waves), SCL (skin conduction), ECG (heart), BP (blood pressure) and hormone levels, etc.
This has led to a much deeper understanding of neural and non-neural communication pathways between the heart and the brain. And discovering that the heart acts as if it has a mind of its own and can influence the way we perceive and react in our daily interactions. It turned out that the heart affects our consciousness, perception and intelligence.
Heart coherence is a state of internal coherence between the heart, mind, emotions, and physical systems of the body. This state extends to personal, social, and global coherence.
For years, the HeartMath Institute has been using tools and technologies to learn coherence and its benefits, based on reliable scientific research.
Learning to activate heart qualities such as care, kindness and acceptance increases our Personal Coherence. Thanks to this, we feel less mental and emotional pressure, make more effective choices and have increased resilience. Because our personal coherence is transmitted through our Energy Field, it has a positive effect on others. Proven benefits From coherence they also extend to our social and global communities. Social Coherence enables access to the Collective Intelligence of the Heart, which facilitates authentic communication and easier access to solutions for more harmonious outcomes. As individuals and groups practice increasing cardiac coherence, it creates a collective Field that has the potential to transform and raise consciousness on a global scale – Global Coherence is created.
The power of the heart's electromagnetic field
"The heart acts as a sophisticated center for coding and processing information that enables it to learn, remember, and make independent decisions."
Rollin McCraty (Director of HeartMath Institute's Research)
Researchers at the HeartMath Institute have been conducting research for nearly two decades that has shed light on what researchers now call the Energy Heart. The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electric field measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) has about 60 times the amplitude of brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG)." HeartMath show that this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several meters from the human body, as well as between two people in close proximity. Information about the emotional state of a person is encoded in the magnetic field of the heart and is transmitted throughout the body and further, to the external environment.
Since 1991, when Doc Childre founded the HeartMath Institute, our vision has been to provide tools that connect us to 'the very heart of who we really are'. Doc Childre is a world authority
in the field of reducing stress and building immunity. He is the initiator of the HeartMath System, a system that brings practical tools and technologies to support the health, productivity and well-being of people of all ages. Today, HeartMath is researching and developing reliable, scientifically developed tools that bridge the heart and mind and deepen the ability to connect with other people's cheese. This supports people in significantly reducing stress levels, increases immunity and unlocks natural, intuitive guidance to be able to make better choices.
"The mission of the HeartMath Institute is to contribute to a more warm, empathetic world by conducting research on interconnectedness. And also providing scientific tools based on the knowledge of the heart to raise the global consciousness of humanity - from a state of separation and disagreement to empathetic care and cooperation. The HeartMath Institute is committed to Awakening the Heart of Humanity. We believe that when our hearts and minds are at peace and connected with others, we will awaken higher mental, emotional and spiritual abilities that often remain dormant.
