TERMS & REGULATIONS:

1. The organizer of the Festival is the “Here and Now” Personal Development Centre (Nowe Kawkowo 52 A, Jonkowo 11-042) represented by Maja Wołosiewicz-Towalska and Jacek Towalski.
2. These regulations are valid from 26.06 to 5.07.2026 in the area of the Centre where the Festival is held.
3. Classes take place simultaneously in 3 or 4 locations within 300 meters from the Centre.
4. The organizer provides unguarded car park (parking lot) at the participants' disposal free of charge.
5. The organizer is not responsible for any vehicles and personal belongings left in the vehicles.
6. Due to the presence of our animals in the Centre, the participants are not allowed to bring their own animals (pets).
7. Due to the formula of the Festival, please do not bring any alcoholic beverages, drugs or any other stimulants.
8. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the Centre.
9. For safety reasons, the participants are not allowed to prepare their own hot meals (gas cylinders and bonfires are forbidden).
10. Due to the location of the Centre in a forest, risk of fire and strict fire safety regulations, making bonfires is forbidden in the area of the Festival.
11. The campsite is equipped with toilets and showers with warm and cold water.
12. Mobile phone coverage in and around the Centre is limited.
13. Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available in the main building of the Centre.
14. Festival area is located about 2 km from the nearest grocery shop.
15. Festival experience is a feast, and we want to celebrate it by wearing a non-casual, festive attire. We suggest that you bring both your special and creative as well as comfortable clothes. You can take anything you would be afraid to wear on an everyday basis in public. Please bring also all kinds of drums, rattles and other musical instruments.
16. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Festival.
17. The participants of the Festival take full responsibility for their physical and mental condition during the Festival.
18. People undergoing a psychiatric treatment and those who have recently suffered from an emotional crisis or severe depression should consult his or her doctor or psychotherapist before taking part in the workshops.
19. The organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences of non-compliance with the above regulations.
20. Everybody takes responsibility for their own well-being and choice of workshops during the Festival.
21. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards other participants of the Festival. We expect you to show respect to other participants, organizers and teachers and to be sincere and open during the workshop processes.
22. While enrolling for the Festival you will be required to accept the Terms and Regulations of the Tantra
23. During the Festival, we create a safe space to explore yourself and your approach to love, relationships, sexuality and spirituality. You can always refuse to take part in exercises which make you feel uncomfortable!
24. By applying for the participation in the Festival you accept the Terms and Regulations of this Festival and of the “Here and Now” Centre as well as Ethical Rules of the Tantra Festival.
25. Throughout the entire Festival our accredited photographers and cameramen will take pictures and shoot their films during all activities. Participation in the Festival is equal to your consent for pictures and footage that may be used for festival presentation and promotion purposes.
