PRICES AND ACCOMMODATION:

PRICE FOR A 9-DAY PASS: PLN 1800 ( ~415 EURO) + costs of accommodation and meals (rooms for 2, 3, 4 pers. with a private or shared bathroom, space in an attic, tent pavilion, free camping). Priority in the choice of accommodation is given to people participating in the entire Festival.

DISCOUNT:  FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PREVIOUS TANTRA FESTIVALS AT OUR “HERE & NOW” CENTER is PLN 100 (~23 EURO)

EARLY BIRD: THE PRICE IS PLN 1700 (~390 EURO) WHEN AN ADVANCE PAYMENT IS MADE BY 15^TH MARCH 2025

^* Due to the unstable economic situation in Poland, we reserve the right to raise the prices of accommodation, meals and workshops, based on exchange rates and official inflation rates in Poland. 

• FOOD – full board PLN 130 (~30 EUR), including 3 vegetarian meals a day (prepared with fresh local, products);
• ACCOMMODATION PRICE VARIES depending on the standard: from PLN 40 per person (place in the attic or in a tent pavilion) to PLN 130 per person (in a double/twin room with a private bathroom), free camping
• THE CENTRE OFFERS ACCOMMODATION IN:
  • Double Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Triple Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Rooms for 4 persons with private bathroom and shared bathroom;
  • Place in the attic in the main house (common space, mattresses + bedding);
  • In the tent pavilions for 2, 3, 4 persons (height 2.5 m, equipped with beds, electricity, toilets and showers nearby);
  • Free accommodation at the campsite, in your own tent (toilets and showers nearby);
• PRIORITY TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION IN THE BUILDINGSOF OUR CENTRE (and not at the campsite and tent pavilions) FOR PARTICIPANTS staying during the whole Festival.
• Festival Pass covers:workshops in the morning and afternoon, lectures, morning and evening events, concerts, shows, etc.
• Only full board (accommodation/ food/ workshops) packages are available

Paid additionally (not included in the Festival fee):

• accommodation (from PLN 40 to 130 PLN per night)
• food (PLN 130 per day)
• individual consultations, diagnoses, examinations and massages

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL

2. Only after you have received an email with confirmation of your accommodation choice, please send an advance payment of PLN 300 within 7 days from the registration date (with description “Advance Payment for 27.06.-5.07.2025”) to the following account: :

3. If you resign from participation in the Festival:
   
   Refund will be available not later than 30 days prior to the event!
   In case of refund, the PLN 20 handling fee will be deducted from the advance payment amount. The advance payment cannot be transferred to another workshop.
4. Making advance payment is equal to acceptance of the rules of the ”Here & Now Centre”
5. Lack of advance payment within 7 days after your registration has been confirmed cancels your reservation of the participation in the Festival. Please do not make any payments before your registration is confirmed by e-mail!!
6. The remaining balance of the total costs for the Festival pass and accommodation is payable in cash upon arrival (there is no possibility to pay by card).
7. The Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop if they do not collect a certain number of participants (min. 10 persons). In this situation, the participant has the right to choose to participate in a different workshop.
8. The Festival organizers reserve the right to change the program of the Festival for reasons beyond their control. In this situation, the participant has the right to choose other activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL - MUST READ:

1. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Festival.
2. Individuals participating in the Festival take full responsibility for the condition of their physical and mental health, both during and between the classes.
3. Any persons undergoing psychiatric treatment and those who have recently experienced an emotional crisis or suffer from depression should consult his or her doctor or psychotherapist regarding the participation in the activities of the Festival.
4. Festival organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences of failure to comply with the above recommendations.
5. You take the responsibility for your well-being during the Festival and it is your decision to decide which workshop you want to attend.
6. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards all participants during the Festival. We expect you to show respect for others as well as to be sincere and open during the workshop process. When registering to the Festival, you will also have to accept the Tantra Festival Regulations.
7. If you come with your partner, you can book a double room or a place for camping, to secure your privacy. But if you want to sleep in a shared space, please note that these are intended only for relaxation and sleeping.
8. During the Festival, we create together a safe space to explore ourselves and our approach to love, relationships, sexuality and spirituality. Some of the workshops may include exercises for working with nudity, but every time we support you in respecting your personal boundaries and your freedom to say “No”. You can always choose not to participate in the exercises which you do not feel comfortable with!
9. Application for participation in the Festival is equal to approval and acceptance of the above terms and conditions of participation.
10. Throughout the Festival our accredited photographers and cameramen will take pictures and shoot their films during all festival activities. Participation in the festival is equal to giving your consent to pictures and footage that may be used for festival presentation and promotion purposes.
