TERMS & REGULATIONS:

1. The organizer of the Festival is the Centre of Personal Development “Here and Now” (Nowe Kawkowo 52 A, Jonkowo 11-042) represented by Maja Wołosiewicz-Towalska and Jacek Towalski.
2. These regulationsare valid from 26.07-2.08.2026 in the area of the Centre.
3. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Festival.
4. Due to the formula of the Festival, bringing and consumption of alcoholic beverages, stimulants, and mind-altering substances is prohibited.
5. Activities take place simultaneously in two or three rooms within a 300-meter radius of the Center.
6. Toll-free, unguarded car park (parking lot) isat the participants’ disposal.
7. The organizer is not responsible for the vehicles and belongingsleft in the vehicles.
8. Due to the presence of our animalsin the area of the Centre the participants are not allowed to bring their own animals (pets).
9. In the area of the Festival smokingis permitted only in designated areas.
10. For safety reasons, the participants are not allowed to prepare their own hot meals (gas cylinders and bonfires are forbidden).
11. Due to the location of the Centre in the forest, danger of fire and strict fire regulations, making bonfires is forbidden in the area of the Festival.
12. The campsite isequipped with toilets and showers with cold water.
13. Cell phone coverage within the Center: limited.
14. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in all Center buildings.
15. Festival area is located about2 km  from the nearest shop.
16. Festival experience is a feast, and we want to celebrate it with an unusual, festive attire. We suggest that you bring unusual, creative and comfortable clothes. You can also bring all kind of percussion like drums, rattles and other musical instruments.
17. The participants of the Festival take full responsibilityfor their physical and mental condition during the Festival.
18. People in the psychiatric treatmentand those who recently suffered from an emotional crisis or severe depression should consult a doctor or psychotherapist before taking part in the workshops.
19. The organizers are not responsiblefor any negative consequences of non-compliance with the above regulations.
20. Everybody takes responsibility for their choice of the workshopsand well-being during the Festival.
21. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards other participants of the Festival. We expect you to be honest and respect other participants, organizers and teachers.
22. During the Festival, we work together to create a safe space for self-discovery. You are always welcome to opt out of events you are unsure about!
23. By registering for the Festival, you acknowledge and accept the above Terms and Conditions of participation in the Festival and the Terms and Regulations of the “Here & Now”/Tu i Teraz Center.
24. During the Festival, our accredited photographers will be taking photos and filming throughout the duration of the Festival. Participation in the Festival also constitutes consent to the use of photographs and videos for Festival presentation and promotion purposes.
