PRICES AND ACCOMMODATION:

PRICE FOR FULL FESTIVAL  8-DAY PASS:  1500 PLN ONLY ( ~356 EUR) + ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD) *

MODULES:

MODULE I, 26-30 July:  850 PLN ( ~202 EUR) + ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD (4 FULL DAYS, UNTIL LUNCH ON THE 30th OF JULY)

MODULE II, 30 July-2 August:  750 PLN ( ~178 EUR)  + ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD (3 FULL DAYS, FROM THE EVENING OF THE 30th OF JULY TO LUNCH ON THE 2nd OF AUGUST)

EARLY BIRD:
PRICE 1400 PLN ( ~333 EUR)  IF ADVANCED PAYMENT IS MADE BY FEBRUARY 28 + ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

DISCOUNT:
100 PLN (~24 EUR)  FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE WORKSHOPS OF FRANCOISE RAMBAUD, ANAND RUDRA AND ARVICK BAGHRAMIAN ORGANIZED BY HERE AND NOW IN 2025

FREE CAMPING FOR THE FIRST 30 PEOPLE!

^* Due to the unstable economic situation in Poland, we reserve the right to raise the prices of accommodation, meals and workshops, based on exchange rates and official inflation rates in Poland. 

• FOOD – full board 150 PLN ( ~36 EUR), including 3 all vegetarian meals a day (prepared with fresh local, products)
• ACCOMMODATION PRICE VARIES according to the standard: from 45 PLN per person (~11 EUR, place in the attic) to 160 PLN per person (~38 EUR, place in the double room with bathroom)
• THE CENTRE OFFERS ACCOMMODATION IN:
  • Double Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Triple Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Rooms for 4 persons with private bathroom and shared bathroom;
  • Place in the attic in the main house (common space, mattresses + bedding);
  • In the tent pavilions for 2, 3, 4 persons (height 2.5 m, equipped with beds, electricity, toilets and showers nearby);
  • Free accommodation at the campsite, in your own tent (toilets and showers nearby);
• As part of the Festival Pass: workshops in the morning and afternoon, lectures, morning and evening events, concerts, shows, etc.
• Only full board (accommodation/ food/ workshops) packages available.

Paid additionally (beyond the pass):

• accommodation (from PLN 45 to 160 PLN per night)
• food (150 PLN per day)
• consultations, diagnoses, examinations and massages

REGISTRATION & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL

1. To participate in the Festival you are required to register by e-mail at the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (indicating name, phone number, date and title – Shamanic Festival).
2. Only after receiving an email with confirmation of your accommodation choice, please send an advanced payment of 300 PLN (or 70 EUR) within one week from the registration (with description “ Deposit for Lodging 26.07-2.08.2026”) to the following account:

3. If you resign from participation in the Festival:
   Refund will be available not later than 30 days prior to the event. In case of refund, the 20 PLN administration fee will be deducted from the deposit. The advanced payment cannot be transferred to another workshop.
4. Payment of the advanced payment is equal to acceptance of the rules of the ”Here & Now Centre”
5. Lack of payment within 7 days results in cancelation of the reservation of workshop. Please do not deposit money until entering the list of participants is confirmed by e-mail!
6. The balance of the total costs for the Festival ticket and accommodation, is payable in cash upon arrival (there is no possibility to pay by card)
7. The Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop if they do not collect a certain number of participants. In this situation, the participant has the right to choose to participate in a different workshop.
8. The Festival organizers reserve the right to change the program of the Festival for reasons beyond their control. In this situation, the participant has the right to choose other activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL - MUST READ:

1. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Festival.
2. Due to the formula of the Festival, bringing and consumption of alcoholic beverages, stimulants, and mind-altering substances is prohibited.
3. Individuals participating in the Festival take full responsibility for the state of their physical and mental health, both in class as well as between them.
4. Persons under psychiatric treatment and those who recently survived an emotional crisis or are depressed should consult their doctor or psychotherapist regarding the participation in the activities of the Festival.
5. Festival organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences of failure to comply with the above indications.
6. You take the responsibility for your well-being during the Festival, and it is your decision to decide which workshop to attend.
7. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards other participants of the Festival. We expect you to be honest and respect other participants, organizers and teachers.
8. During the Festival, we work together to create a safe space for self-discovery. You are always welcome to opt out of events you are unsure about!
9. By registering for the Festival, you acknowledge and accept the above Terms and Conditions of participation in the Festival and the Terms and Regulations of the “Here & Now”/Tu i Teraz Center.
10. During the Festival, our accredited photographers will be taking photos and filming throughout the duration of the Festival. Participation in the Festival also constitutes consent to the use of photographs and videos for Festival presentation and promotion purposes.
