Ethical Guidelines

  1. We understand Tantra as a conscious path of developing full human potential – through work with body, consciousness, mind, emotions, sexuality and spirituality. Learning how to be and live consciously, in the flow, Here and Now. Exploring, searching but also taking full responsibility for myself and my actions, the way I live and treat other people.
  2. Particular emphasis is placed firstly on learning awareness and presence, the flow of energy, conscious breathing, feeling the body, grounding, recognizing, setting up and respecting one’s boundaries and only after this exploring sensuality, sexuality and tantra.
  3. During the Festival, respect for yourself, others, the Centre and the space around is very important – and it shall be expressed by respect of intimacy, tolerance for differences, care for cleanliness and good atmosphere. Each participant of the Festival brings his/her conscious responsibility and with his/her own attitude co-creates elements of this space.
  4. We invite everyone – to come alone or together with a partner, beginners and experienced Tantra practitioners and people just curious about the new topic and approach to life.
  5. During the Festival, together we create a safe space to learn about Tantra individually and in pairs.
  6. The Festival is a whole process that has its own rhythm and lasts 10 days, that is why beginners cannot join it in the middle of the course. The exception is for the advanced tantra practitioners who took part in advanced Tantra workshops or previous festivals.
  7. At the beginning of the Festival, it is mandatory for everyone to participate in a workshop on conscious setting up boundaries and the rules of the Festival.
  8. We invite various teachers from all over the world to conduct Tantra workshops but it is very important for us that they integrate different levels of being – body, soul and mind – with their own methods, and do not teach only tantric and sexual techniques. Therefore, we cooperate only with experienced and proven teachers.
  9. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Festival.
  10. Consumption of alcoholic beverages and stimulants is strictly forbidden.
  11. The principle of confidentiality applies to everyone – everything that happens during the Festival and all information concerning the participants' identities are confidential. This also applies to speakers, assistants, translators and organizers.
  12. We do not support only fun/party approach to Tantra. Tantra is not an event – it is Life in all manifestations. We are not an ashram, but we are also not a disco.
    For us, Tantra is the Way of Development and Transformation, through the experience of deep love and sexuality, creating close relationships. These are not just sexual techniques and advices – as it is commonly thought, but it is a process that takes place at all levels of body, heart, mind and spirit. And which unites all those levels.
  13. We do not support: quick, shallow pseudo-tantric relationships and polyamory understood only as non-obligatory sexual relationships with many partners.
    We support instead conscious Tantra for singles, couples and marriages.
  14. During the Festival, facilitators cannot enter into sexual encounters with the participants of the Festival (the same applies to assistants and translators).
  15. Everybody takes responsibility for their choice of the workshops and well-being during the Festival.
  16. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards all participants during the Festival. We expect you to show respect for others as well as truthfulness and openness during the process of the workshop.
  17. You can always choose not to participate in the exercises to which you do not feel convinced! Every time we support you in respecting your personal boundaries and your freedom to say "No".
  18. If you come with your partner, you can book a double room or a place for camping, to preserve privacy. But if you want to sleep in a shared space, please note that these are intended only to relax and sleep.
  19. People participating in the Festival take full responsibility for the state of their physical and mental health, both during and between classes.
  20. People in the psychiatric treatment and those who recently suffered from an emotional crisis or severe depression should consult with a doctor or psychotherapist before taking part in Festival activities.
  21. The organizers of the Festival are not responsible for any negative consequences of non-compliance with the above guidelines.
  22. If someone does not respect our rules, he/she will be asked to leave the Centre.

Terms and Regulations

  1. The organizer of the Meeting is the Centre of Personal Development “Here and Now” (Nowe Kawkowo 52 A, Jonkowo 11-042) represented by Maja Wołosiewicz-Towalska and Jacek Towalski.
  2. These regulationsare valid from 23.06 to 2.07.2023 in the area of the Centre.
  3. The classes take place simultaneously in 4locations within 300 meters from the Centre.
  4. Toll-free, unguarded car park (parking lot) isat the participants' disposal.
  5. The organizer is not responsible for the vehicles and belongingsleft in the vehicles.
  6. Due to the presence of our animalsin the area of the Centre the participants are not allowed to bring their own animals (pets).
  7. Due to the formula of the Meeting, please do not bring your own alcoholic beverages and drugs.
  8. In the area of the Meeting smokingis permitted only in designated areas.
  9. For safety reasons, the participants are not allowed to prepare their own hot meals (gas cylinders and bonfires are forbidden).
  10. Due to the location of the Centre in the forest, danger of fire and strict fire regulations, making bonfires is forbidden in the area of the Meeting.
  11. The campsite isequipped with toilets and showers with hot and cold water.
  12. Mobile phones receptionin and around the Centre: T-Mobile – very good, other operators – poor reception.
  13. Charging phones, etc. is possible at the information point.
  14. Wireless Internet (hot-spot) is availablein the main building of the Centre.
  15. Meeting area is located about2 km from the nearest shop.
  16. Meeting, experience is a feast, and we want to celebrate it with an unusual, festive attire. We suggest that you bring unusual, creative and comfortable clothes. You can also bring all kind of percussion like drums, rattles and other musical instruments.
  17. Only adults are allowed to participate in the Meeting.
  18. The participants of the Meeting take full responsibilityfor their physical and mental condition during the Meeting.
  19. People in the psychiatric treatmentand those who recently suffered from an emotional crisis or severe depression should consult a doctor or psychotherapist before taking part in the workshops.
  20. The organizers are not responsiblefor any negative consequences of non-compliance with the above regulations.
  21. Everybody takes responsibility for their choice of the workshopsand well-being during the Meeting.
  22. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards other participants of the Meeting. We expect you to be honest and respect other participants, organizers and teachers.
  23. While enrolling for the Meeting you will be required to accept the Terms and Regulationsof the Meeting of Tantra.
  24. During the Meeting, we create a safe space to explore yourselfand your approach to love, relationships, sexuality and spirituality. You can always stay in clothes and refuse to take part in exercises which make you feel uncomfortable!
  25. By applying for the participation in the Meeting you accept the Terms and Regulations of this Meeting.

Price-List, Accommodation And Rules & Conditions Of Participation

PRICE-LIST - GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • PRICE FOR 10-DAY PASS: 1800 PLN ( ~383 EURO) + additionally costs of accommodation and meals (rooms for 2, 3, 4 pers. with private or shared bathroom, attic, tent pavilion, camping). Priority in the choice of accommodation is given to people visiting the entire Festival.

THE PRICE FOR PARTICIPATION IN MODULE I: TICKET from 23.06 (from dinner) to 27.06 (till lunch) IS ONLY 910 PLN *

(IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER, YOU MUST START WITH MODULE I)

THE PRICE FOR PARTICIPATION IN MODULE II: TICKET from 27.06 (from dinner) to 02.07 (till lunch) IS ONLY 1100 PLN *

FREE CAMPING!!!

EARLY BIRD:

  • THE PRICE IS 1700 PLN (~362 EURO) WHEN ADVANCED PAYMENT IS MADE TILL 15th OF APRIL 2023
  • FOOD – full board 110 PLN (~23 EUR), including 3 all vegetarian meals a day (prepared with fresh local, products); 
  • ACCOMMODATION PRICE VARIES according to the standard : from 35 PLN per person (place in own tent) and 110 PLN per person (in 2-bed room with private bathroom);
  • The CENTRE offers accommodation in:
  • Double Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Triple Rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom;
  • Rooms for 4 persons with shared bathroom;
  • Place in the attic in the main house (common space, mattresses + bedding);
  • In the tent pavilions for 2, 3, 4 persons (height 2.5 m, equipped with beds, electricity, toilets and showers nearby);
  • Accommodation at the campsite, in your own tent (toilets and showers nearby);
  • PRIORITY TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION IN THE BUILDINGS OF OUR CENTRE (and not at the campsite and tent pavilions) FOR PARTICIPANTS staying during the whole Festival.
  • As part of the Festival Pass: workshops in the morning and afternoon, lectures, morning and evening events, concerts, shows, etc.
  • Only full board (accommodation/ food/ workshops) packages available

Paid additionally (beyond the pass):

  • accommodation (from PLN 35 to 110 PLN per night), free camping
  • food (110 PLN per day)
  • consultations, diagnoses, examinations and massages

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL

  1. To participate in the Festival you are required to register by e-mail at the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (indicating name, phone number, date and title of the event).
  1. Only after receiving an email with confirmation of your accommodation choice, please send a payment of the advance deposit of 300 PLN within one week from the registration (with description “ Deposit for Lodging  23.06 - 2.07.2023”) to the following account:

  2. If you resign from participation in the Festival:
    Refund will be available only within two weeks after a payment is made!
    In case of refund, the 20 PLN handling fee will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit cannot be transferred to another workshop.
  1. Payment of the advanced payment is equal to acceptance of the rules of the ”Here & Now Centre”
  2. Lack of payment within 7 days results in cancelation of the reservation of workshop. Please do not deposit money until entering the list of participants is confirmed by e-mail!
  3. The balance of the total costs for the Festival ticket and accommodation, is payable in cash upon arrival (there is no possibility to pay by card).
  4. The Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop if they do not collect a certain number of participants (min. 10 persons). In this situation, the participant has the right to choose to participate in a different workshop.
  5. The Festival organizers reserve the right to change the program of the Festival for reasons beyond their control. In this situation, the participant has the right to choose other activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL - MUST READ:

  1. Only adults are allowed to participate in the festival.
  2. Individuals participating in the Festival take full responsibility for the state of their physical and mental health, both in class as well as between them.
  3. Persons under psychiatric treatment and those who recently survived an emotional crisis or are depressed should consult their doctor or psychotherapist regarding the participation in the activities of the Festival.
  4. Festival organizers are not responsible for any negative consequences of failure to comply with the above indications.
  5. You take the responsibility for your well-being during the Festival, and it is your decision to decide which workshop to attend.
  6. You are also responsible for your behaviour towards all participants during the Festival. We expect you to show respect for others, and truthfulness and openness during the process of the workshop. When registering to the Festival, you will also have to accept the Tantra Festival Terms and Conditions.
  7. If you come with your partner, you can book a double room or a place for camping, to preserve privacy. But if you want to sleep in a shared space, please note that these are intended only to relax and sleep.
  8. During the Festival, together we create a safe space to explore ourselves and our approach to love, relationships, sexuality and spirituality. Some of the workshops may include exercises for working with nudity, but every time we support you in respecting your personal boundaries and your freedom to say “No”. You can always choose not to participate in the exercises to which you do not feel convinced!
  9. Application for participation in the workshops is equal to approving and accepting the above conditions of participation.
