The Natural Man process is where a man meets men,
discovers and expresses his true nature,
reconnects with his vitality,
and expands his energy beyond the limitations of the past.

In this workshop we will have the opportunity to explore in a safe place the natural pull to heal whatever was missing or not completed in our path of becoming a man.

Through out the ages, we men, have met together forming a powerful energy with unique qualities of outter expansion and creation!

Now the opportunity is through a meeting of men  to expand within oneself.

When we are connected with our male energy in a natural way, it allows us to explore the qualities of beeing rooted in our bodies and in our life energy. This brings a natural expression of our emotions, opening the space to follow the impulses of adventure into whatever life offers. One of biggest challenges we may face as men is to regain and reconnect with the natural qualities of our heart. Opening our hearts can enrich our life with joy, innocence, cooperation, friendship and playfulness.

We will use different methods and techniques such as our Breath, bionergetics, roll play, movement and meditation which are powerful tools to support us in this journey of self exploration.  It will allow us to create new openings into old patterns of behavior and become aware of our true longing to meet the other men with relaxation and trust.

In this module we will also explore the wisdom of the archetypal male figures that have crystalized through out the ages of humanity.  Archetypes have the possibility to shine light onto unconscious patterns of behavior of our day to day expression and open new horizons of awareness.

A meeting of men can give back the ability and the benefits that come from a natural brotherhood of men, bringing awareness to the old patterns, allows the movement from competition to collaboration, from isolation to friendship, from holding back into sharing, from stuckness into flow and creativity, from loneliness into fulfillment and meditation.
