About the Facilitators
Céline Shakti is a french-german Life Explorer, a Yogini, a Tantrika and a Performance Artist. She has been gifted with spiritual teachings about meditation, non-dual ways of thinking and old female wisdom about blood and the moon in her early years within her family. Her curiosity for the magic of Life and the way of the Heart led her to assist shamanic ceremonies in which she experienced first how to support intense inner processes.

Exploring Tenderness
The Exploring Tenderness workshop is a experimental field to drop patterns of shame and guilt and to live presence. Bringing together a shaking meditation and exercises of conscious communication and conscious touch it offers tools to connect with the heart center to feel into a state of pure innocence.
- For all genders, singles and people in all kind of relationships

Red Tent
“We all come from the same Mother.” ( Red Tent , Anita Diamant)
In the Red Tent women honor the wisdom of moon and blood cycles. In an intimate and recharging space they connect with the power of female wisdom and sisterhood. By nourishing their bodies, their soul and their sisters, embodying daughters, mothers and grandmothers in the same time, they devote to Earth.
This is an open and vulnerable space to step into our feminine power by showing ourselves vulnerable, honoring our softness and wildness, celebrating our roots, dancing and sharing our soul songs.
- Only for women!
- Come with red, colorful, ceremonious and/or comfortable clothes and water
Soft Bodies & Wild Hearts
This workshop is inspired by teachings of Kundalini Yoga and takes a look at the different aspects of our animal, human and spiritual being. Its aim is to discern from which place we’re meeting others, to bring clarity and presence within our desires, emotions and thoughts and to direct and redirect our energy consciously.
- This is not what some might know as a “regular” Yoga class, but a dynamic workshop with theory, sharing exercises, movement and meditation
- For all genders, singles and people in all kind of relationships
- Come with comfortable clothes and water
4. Tender Hearts
This is the time to celebrate your aliveness, your life, your heart, to connect with your body wisdom to be in alignment with yourself by embodying your desires and boundaries and to authentically show yourself. To say Yes to everything thats alive inside of you and to especially recognize your humble and tender heart. To become very soft and loving to yourself and to connect with others in a self nurturing way that feeds your heart and that is in line with a gentle awareness of your beautiful self.
Are you longing for more heartful tenderness inside and outside of you? Are you willing to stand for yourself, to take responsibility and free yourself from old stories and limitations? Would you like to give yourself the gift of honestly asking for what you want and to admit what you dont want? To surrender and let go inside, to relax with yourself and acknowledge that you are perfect as you are.
Céline and Michael will support you in creating a deeply nourishing experience by opening up a save space for you to feel into your beautiful senses, your tenderness and your ability to give and receive touch in a way that you are longing for.
You will experience how to stay present with yourself, your body, your emotions, your deep intuition and how to allow your tender sensuality to flourish. We will share exercises about consensual & conscious touch and consensual communication and share different ways of touch and ways of relating to each other. You will learn to feel & express what you want and what you don't want. You can observe what roles you use to play, what are your belief systems and how much you can allow to be with your own pleasure. We will use different exercises to raise the level of energy and body awareness to tune into your fine sensations that will help you to get a clearer sense of your desires and boundaries. Through gentle movement meditations you learn to let go, to let life live you instead of you trying to control life.
This is the place to empower yourself, to create your own experience and to bring more into your life what you are longing for.
This format is suitable for all genders and sexual orientations with or without previous tantra experience. Couples, singles and everything in between and more are welcome into their own exploration journey. This workshop is not explicit sexual and all energies are welcome. You choose to form the experience you want to experience.
Together we create a consensual nest of tenderness... Come if you want to improve your communication skills, experience techniques to stay in your heart center, train intuitive touch, dive into your sensuality and get closer to the call of your inner widom.
Morning practice:
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Consciousness. Its teachings have been brought by Sikh Indian Yogi Bhajan to the West in the end of the 60’s. Combining breathing and movement, deep listening and mantras, it allows us to align ourselves with the Cosmos. It enables us to come into a state of meditation to meet our inner voice and to step into the path of our souls.
The class consists of a Kriya (series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome), a deep relaxation and a meditation.
