Workshops
1. The Sacred Feminine Temple and the Divine Mother
In this workshop we start creating our feminine temple.
Together we invoke the beauty and unconditional love of the Divine Mother, embodied in the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi, and create a sacred circle to connect with other women as friends and sisters. Together we practice to give and receive from each other, and to open and reconnect our natural feminine gifts – love, beauty, relaxation, sensuousness, trust and playfulness.
In our temple we practice to fully inhabit our bodies and energy, we activate our miraculous capacity to sense and feel ourselves, other people and life around us. We dance, play, sing and pray, and we melt with our innermost beauty, nurturing each other and ourselves.
This is an invitation for women to taste the natural strength and sensuality in the temple of her pelvis, and the welcoming, loving qualities in the temple of her heart.
LAKSHIMI: Goddess of love, compassion, abundance, beauty and good fortune
2. Feminine Strength and the Power of the Transformative Goddesses
While connection with each other and the openness of our hearts we are going to meet the Goddesses of power and feminine strength. We will get the support from the great Mother Earth and from our roots to connect the great power in our legs, pelvis, womb, solar plexus and heart.
We invoke the goddess Durga and her protective and strong nature to show us the way into our own power and capacity to set boundaries, as ways to fully open our bodies and our hearts.
We call Mother Kali to wake up our wild and instinctive feminine nature opening the infinite well of aliveness that lies in our physical and emotional bodies.
And we call the goddess Parvati to guide us in experiencing the dance of masculine and feminine inside our bodies and psyche, and to see how these energies mirrors our outer world and our intimate relationships.
When we give space to our feminine strength and aliveness our natural ability to be open and receptive, and to live our radiance and trust in life, spreads like a scent all around us.
DURGA: The goddess warrior, power, protection and inner strength
KALI: Goddess of transformation, destruction and transcendentsl energy
PARVATI: Goddess of mundane and sacred marriage, motherhood, will power and devotion
3. The Ecstatic Creative Feminine
Once more we come together as sisters and friends and together we invoke the loving, sensuous and ecstatic qualities of the goddess Lalita, to open the natural juicy flow of our energy.
We enter the sacred temples of our feminine bodies with grace and devotion, celebrating the life given power of our sexuality with an authentic connection to life, to the world, and to spirit.
We see and experience our bodies and sexual energy as expressions of divinity. Breathing, moving, dancing, singing, we support each other to wake up our sacred temples and to celebrate the power of feminine bliss and playfulness, entering our bodies as carriers of pleasure and beauty that comes from inside out.
And we also call the goddess Saraswati to open to our capacity to see, to give voice and to express the infinite creative energy that we carry in our womb and our feminine temples.
The feminine mystic is a woman who is in touch with her body, her sensuousness and sexuality. She loves to share with others, and she is at home in her heart and emotions, she brings these gifts into her creativity and purpose and into the unlimited realms of her soul.
LALITA: Goddess of sensualtiy, erotic spiritualiy and high spiritual connection
SARASWATI: Goddess of creativity, the one who flows as language, insight, and sound
4. Love and Freedom – The Dance of the masculine and Feminine polarities (workshop for men and women)
Aliveness and relaxation, expansion and contraction, breathing in and breathing out, masculine and feminine, are natural principles of life that inform us on how balanced and creative our connection - with ourselves, with others and with life is.
Sense of safety and bonding is probably what we seek the most in intimate relationships, yet a sense of adventure and mystery seems to be a fundamental ingredient for sexual connection and lasting love in intimate relationships. We are a constant creative movement.
Women as well as men have a natural need for relaxing into a loving, welcoming space that is known, and also have a longing for excitement, exploration and newness. Also every person has specific patterns around these polarities, which may come from one’s genetic make-up as well as from personal experiences and cultural and collective dynamics.
In this workshop we use playful practices to experience our masculine and feminine energies while being in touch with body sensations, feelings and mind processes, and have sharing spaces to explore and welcome the information we receive about our patterns around love and freedom in intimate relationships.
