The Path of Touch - tantric massage

Touch is a vital form of nourishment and affirmation, and sensual massage a way of communicating non-verbally and directly. To receive a tantra massage is to be initiated into tantric experience and tantric consciousness. Often tantra massage can be the first contact with energy and the energy body and the potential of expanding sexual energy into the whole body.

The Path of Energy - Bioenergetics

How we embody and express our energy makes our psyche and our patterns of reactions to life visible. We hold in our bodies the energy we dared not express when we were vulnerable children, both as a tension in the muscles and as a charge of energy in the organs and connective tissue. This fixed form of expression and defence is called our character. It is our social, adapted self, and blocks and represses our spontaneous flow of life energy, our wildness, including large amounts of our sexuality and creativity.

The Shamanic Path - Contemporary Shamanism

Shamanism studies our energetic connection to everything around us, the elements, the minerals, plants and animals, and especially the spirit connections, including to our ancestors, our karma and our sacred dream. We develop our ability to perceive energy and spirit through our energy body, the awareness of which brings us into an expanded state of consciousness. The Path of Pilgrimage

The ancient tradition of pilgrimage creates change by letting a journey through an outer landscape become a mirror to stimulate an inner journey through an inner landscape. The Path of Dark Eros

Dark Eros is the transformation of fear and guilt and of anger and blaming. It is the exploration of existential, first-chakra based sexuality. The fundamental question is, is the basis of our life fear or pleasure? Fear is excitement with contraction, as every horror film buff or rollercoaster fan knows, pleasure on the other hand is excitement with relaxation and expansion.

Tantra Woman School (Santoshi Amor)

A series of tantra workshops for women TARA is an extraordinary journey to the temple of the Goddess. This is a wild juicy journey, during which we connect with something greater than ourselves, beyond the mind and limited personality. We feed in each other through our bodies and hearts and celebrate our unique gifts by becoming full of life, radiant, strong and at the same time sensitive women.

The training is designed in 5 modules:

• Module 1: Sexual empowerment – Red Tara
• Module 2: The Power of Love – White Tara
• Module 3: Creativity, expression and Healing Powers – Green Tara
• Module 4: The Goddess Embodied. Advanced Level I – Black Tara
• Module 5: Beyond Woman. Advanced Level II – Purple Tara

Prerequisite to participate in Advanced Tara Modules is to have done three previous modules (Red, White and Green Tara) and those participants will have priority in signing up for those workshops. Participation in two out of three basic Tara workshops might be also considered – to be decided individually by Santoshi.

Every basic workshop (Red, White and Red Tara) is an independent module and they do not need to be attended in any sequence. Advanced trainings (Black and Purple Tara) also do not need to be attended in order. Once you have completed the whole training of five Modules you will receive a certificate!

Workshops:

1. Sex Magic

Sex magic is the art of harnessing our sexual energy to create and attract real and visible results. We practice sex magic when we consciously use our sexual energy to fuel our desires, dreams and align them with our beliefs.

We will learn:

• Why our attempts to manifest often fail
• How to formulate intentions
• The blissful Sexual Breathing in pairs
• The Fire Breath technique
• How to activate erotic energy for the benefit of our health, community and the world.

Sexual energy is the fundamental creative force, it is the source of our very being, our origin. We are the result of the dance between the sexual energy of woman and of man. This is so on the material level between our biological parents. It is more deeply so on the magical level between the female principle of shakti, energy, and the male principle of shiva, consciousness.

So if we want to learn the art of manifestation - it makes sense to learn how consciously to harness the creative power of our sexuality.

During this workshop we will explore:

• Creative forces of energy and consciousness
• What hinders us from manifesting
• Art of setting an intention
• Tantric Breathing to cultivate sexual

Modern Tantra is based on ancient tools combines them with the latest achievements of modern therapies and neuroscience. Thus modern, Tantra offers countless ways to learn how to live happily, how to deal with adversities, how to establish and develop relationships, and how to live free from limiting beliefs and consciously choose what is best for us and everyone around us.

As a bodyworker, I want to show you the simplest and easiest ways to understand the Tantra – through your body. During the workshop you will experience on your own the major principles of Tantra.

3. Ecstatic Touch

Touch me with your hands, eyes, presence, touch me with love.

We all need conscious touch and pleasure, just as we need air, food and water. This workshop will give you permission to immerse yourself in a pleasant exchange of conscious, sensual and erotic touch in a safe space for healing, transformation and even ecstatic experiences.

The aim of the workshop is to bring awareness and presence to touch in order to massage each other with heart and soul. Intimacy and closeness are born in the heart. Tantric touch bypasses the busy mind, allowing direct communication from heart to heart, body to body. Tantric touch is communication without words, pure presence and feeling, where there is no room for thoughts, fears and tensions. At this point, we can truly relax to discover each other experiencing pleasure and bliss.

In order to achieve this level we need first learn how to create a safe space to touch, how to communicate our communicate our needs our partners.

Evening Ritual:

Ecstatic Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance - Freya

During the ceremony Freya will guide through healing shamanic journey into the depths of your own being, we will gather  in a safe circle space for a wonderful heart expanding experience. By drinking sacred Cacao we will relax, connecting deeper to our body, soul and to the Earth, so that we may love and accept ourselves and others, without limits, judgments or attachments.

Cacao ceremony is a sacred time and space for ourselves in this busy and stressful world, it's time to detach from the chaos outside and dive into the silence within, to feel the energy of the heart, discover the subtle powers of Ixcacao, the Goddess of fertility and love, inviting us to connect with our true nature, which is pure joy, spontaneity, energy and love.

If you want to open up to new love, love yourself or deepen your current relationship, release emotional blocks, let go of old pattern, or just to feel good the Cacao ceremony can bring you all of that and much, much more.

The Ceremony and Dance

Freya will start the ceremony with a healing meditation into our hearts during which we will have quite time to contemplate the sacred “Drink of Gods”. Freya’s cacao recipe is known for its potency (you will drink about 30-40 mg of specially seasoned pure cacao*). During the second part of the evening Freya will invite you to celebration and tantric fun playing some sexy grooves, psytrance and ethnic sets for a blissful Ecstatic Dance.

Important note:

• You will receive a drink containing approx.30-40 mg of pure raw cacao.
• *Not recommended for pregnant women and people with heart problems and depression.
• To take full advantage of the ceremony, it is recommended not to eat too much before the ceremony. The longer the period of fasting, the more effective the cocoa will be. Stay in touch with yourself and feel how long of fasting is best for you.
• Bring a bottle of water, drink a lot, also after the ceremony.
• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or other stimulants throughout the day
• Come 5-10 minutes earlier to be able to meet with other participants and tune in to the ceremony
• After we start the ceremony, no one will be allowed to enter the group room, not to disturb the meditation, so please be on time.

RAW CACAO PROPERTIES

Cacao is one of the most nutrient rich foods in the world. Aids in longevity and has many powerful antioxidants. Theobromine dilates blood vessels, relieving stress on the heart, and sharpens your mind. Cacao contains many minerals such as iron, chromium, zinc and potassium. But first of all, cacao has the highest magnesium content of any known food. Magnesium relaxes the heart, muscles, cardiovascular system and mind. Helps reduce insulin resistance and can aid in weight loss.

Among the many  health effects of cocoa are: improved heart function stimulation of the nervous system, facilitated digestion, and improved kidney and bowel function. In addition, cocoa has been used to treat anemia, mental fatigue, tuberculosis, fever, gout, kidney stones, and even poor sexual appetite.

Ecstatic dance

Ecstatic dance, also called trance dance, movement meditation has its roots in shamanic traditions. Throughout the world, indigenous people danced at the fire and journeyed into a trance. They danced to prepare for war, for weddings, births, conception of a new baby, to heal themselves or someone in the community.

Ecstatic dance movement is growing all over the world, everyone can dance it the old, the young, big and small, thin and fluffy, businessmen and hippies, students and factory workers. Because there are no boundaries and no divisions to dancing, there are no "steps” that you have to learn, no rules and copy rights. It belongs to the people and we all know it, its in our body,  in our  genes, in collective consciousness. We are all dancers, members of one world village, urban or rural tribe.

The principle of dancing is simple: let your body feel the music and move freely. Dance as if nobody's watching! (Because no one is watching, you do not have to judge, everyone is taken by the trance dance)

During Ecstatic Dance, we release stress, relax your body, calm your mind, connecting with the music and other dancers.
